Bill & Mindy were lovely, helpful hosts, they made us feel right at home. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the kitchen and bathroom well equipped with some nice extras.

We came to Denver for a show at the Fillmore auditorium and chose Harold’s place because it’s only about a 15 min walk from there. It was a really good location for the concert, in a beautiful well kept, quiet neighborhood, right next to a big park. This room is underneath the main house, you will hear them upstairs very minimally, and maybe some grandfather clocks and a piano. Did not bother us at all. We loved it 💜 we will def go back.

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

Hanna is a wonderful host WONDERFUL! One of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. She is kind and intentional and what’s you to have a good experience. It’s walking distance to great things. She made sure we had everything we needed. The decor was so cute, the space was quaint and clean! Great price! This is the place to stay!

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

Nanci is truly an angel! We were in the Denver area while our daughter was in the hospital here at Swedish Medical Center and she allowed us into her her home with welcome arms! The space is clean, cozy and private. We felt right at home! When we could afford no more to stay Nanci donated a few additional nights so we would have a place to be outside of the hospital! We will never forget this kind soul and the blessing of staying at her space and the fact she went above and beyond to help us in our time of need! My daughter is coming home with us soon but if we are ever in the area again I will DEFINITELY check to see if Nanci has an opening for us to stay!!! We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan's place. The place was better than described and super clean. Host was very responsive. The apt is right by the entrance of the Garden of the gods, minutes from Manitou Springs( such a cute little town) and Coralado City. There were deer that visited the property most days. The area is so beautiful and this place was truly a treat. There was a humidifier which was so helpful, with the super dry air as we were coming from a state with much higher humidity.

My girlfriend and I had a tripped planned to Asheville last year but it got postponed due to the hurricanes. We planned a last minute make up trip to Steamboat. Lesley was a great host, always responsive, and provided us with recommendations of things to do around the city. The location of the unit itself was perfect.

Amazing location right next to the wild horse gondola! Just a 2-4 min walk and it takes you right to the base of steamboat resort. Also very close to downtown and other grocery stores. The place was fully stocked with everything we might need and more! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Ira’s place was perfect. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Frisco Main Street with great restaurants. So convenient on and off I-70. And the private hot tub was such a treat.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!
