Prince was a great host. The house was very spacious and clean. Check in and out was simple and easy. No complaints at all.

Visiting McKinney from San Diego to visit the children and grand-children. Central location to downtown and great for the kids. Loved it. Thank you for the snacks and frozen breakfast sandwiches. Very thoughtful.

I cannot say enough about this home. Simply Beautiful! The space and location are great. So close to many shops and stores. There is a Kroger and a Buc-cee’s within 10 minutes of the home. Our host Justin, was nothing short of amazing! He was very quick with responses to any questions that I had. He went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated with our request when asked about the use of the propane grill. (He even set it up for us) The patio area of the home is remarkable and spacious filled with patio furniture for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The bathrooms are spacious with plenty of fresh clean towels. The kitchen is large with an immaculate refrigerator with plenty of space, filtered water and freezer with regular and/or crushed ice available. Needless to say, this is by far one of the best Airbnb’s I have had the pleasure of staying in and will definitely return!

Me & my sister sent my mom and dad on a mini trip to Laura’s place. They love love loved it! They felt right at home. They love animals so the location was perfect for them. Right in the country. The place is also stocked up with all the essentials you may need while staying here. They loved that! Because they didn’t have to go out and buy some of things they may have needed. The bedroom & bathroom was the show stoppers for them ! 🫶🏽

Sarah‘s house was perfect for our weekend in Murphy, as our friends live there. Sarah was very quick to respond to my messages and sent her handyman over right away to get the bathroom light switch to work. Kitchen was great! We didn’t use the hot-tub or outdoor area because there were several places to gather, talk and relax inside. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels, too. The Nest thermostat made it easy to adjust the temp at night. She was thoughtful to provide snacks when we arrived late our first night. The house is very large and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked perfectly for our needs and with some minor updating, it will be an awesome house! Great communication with me from beginning to end. Would love to stay there when we visit Murphy again.

Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. The home is in a varied and what appears to be a safe neighborhood. Quiet surroundings but close to freeway. The house had been nicely cleaned before arrival. Would say that it sleeps four adults comfortably and is an anxiety free place for children. For a home that is pet and kid friendly it has some natural wear and tear but no major concerns. Plumbing and appliances in great shape. It certainly met our families' needs for this visit.
