Amenities, Bikes, paddle board, beach wagon and beach towels. Very easy to check-in, you will have your own private entrance and private one car parking available.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet.
