Had a great stay at Susanna’s place! It was easy to access, exactly as described in the profile and we were greeted with little gifts from the host. Everything was clean, bed sheets and linen new and the kitchen was ready to use. The apartment is located in a very popular area, full of restaurants and bars, but also in 2min walking distance from the beach. A Conad store is also very close by! All in all, a nice place with a very friendly host!

A modern new apartment with a good layout and minimalist design. The location is perfect within 3 minute walk to all of Riccione's shops and restaurants.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus ! Die Unterkunft ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Ruhe und die traumhafte Aussicht auf das kleine Tal mit den Olivenbäumen – einfach atemberaubend. Insgesamt ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – vielen Dank!

Our family felt very comfortable in this house. It’s convenient that you can leave the car right in front of the window. It’s clean, there are no unnecessary things, the owner responds to messages very quickly. We really enjoyed it and were sad to leave. All the best to Kevin! Success and good guests!

Appartamento splendido. Pulitissimo, ben arredato e comodo. Vista mozzafiato sul mare con un balcone / veranda che è veramente speciale. C’era tutto il necessario. Proprietario molto disponibile. Ci tornerei. La spiaggia è letteralmente di fronte alla casa con bar e ristoranti tutti a 1 min dall’appartamento. Autostrada a pochi minuti.

Alloggio molto curato, silenzioso e pulito, letto comodissimo. Si accede con un'ascensore fino al secondo piano e poi si trova una elegante scalinata che porta dell'appartamento al terzo piano. Facile il self check in. Facile gestire la temperatura degli ambienti. Ottima posizione in centro non troppo lontana dal parcheggio pubblico per le auto. Oltre alle due belle camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno ed il salottino, c'è una chicca il soppalco che crea un ulteriore spazio per trovare una angolo per leggere o riposare. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

Tolle, ruhige Unterlunft, mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberin. Authentisches Haus und Grundstück für die Gegend. Liebevolle Einrichtung. Leckeres Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee. Schöner, großer Garten mit Kräutern und Olivenbäumen. Lokales Olivenöl, Marmeladen und Wein können erworben werden. Ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern. Kommunikation per App (und Autotranslate) völlig unkompliziert, sehr hilfreiche Rückmeldungen.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

La villa é divisa in due parti, la casa e la zona piscina. Il punto forte é sicuramente la zona piscina in cui io e i miei amici abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte del tempo poiché oltre alla piscina (Grande e pulita) c'è un bagno, una cucina e tutto il necessario per poter trascorrere una giornata in pieno relax senza dover mettere piede in casa. La casa invece offre uno spazio più fresco anche nelle ore più calde del pomeriggio. Ottimo passatempo il biliardo, che é in ottime condizioni, tavolo da ping pong non perfetto (un po' piegato da un lato) ma comunque più che praticabile; purtroppo invece il campo da tennis é parecchio rovinato e non consente di giocare bene. Host magnifico, gentile, sempre reperibile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene: tra piscina, relax e qualche gita fuori porta la settimana di vacanza é volata. Alloggio super consigliato!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser sehr individuellen Unterkunft gefühlt, deren Möbel seit langem im Familienbesitz sind. Das Haus mit seinem wunderschönen Garten liegt inmitten von Feldern in einer sehr ländlichen Gegend und hat viel Charme. Es gibt nur zwei Nachbarn in unmittelbarer Umgebung, so dass es meist ruhig ist. Wir haben einen tollen Ausflug nach Urbino gemacht und fanden die Gegend insgesamt reizvoll. Vielen Dank für das Teilen dieses besonderen Ortes.

This is our 2nd time staying and visiting Citta di Castello and renting from Sara and Esther. We love the town, it's a great location to visit other areas in Tuscany and Perugia. The apartment is modern, beautiful and spotless with a very nice balcony on a quiet street. It is located right in the center near shops, restaurants and cafe's. We love staying there and will rent again when we visit friends next year. Sara has been a fantastic host and we love the place and location.

Abbiamo prenotato per un evento in fiera insieme a delle colleghe e siamo stati davvero bene. La casa è calda e accogliente, non manca nulla! L’esperienza di soggiorno è stata ottima, così come l’accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria.

Io e la mia amica volevamo passare un weekend tranquillo in zone di campagna e collina, Tommaso è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fatto trovare l’appartamento molto pulito e molto spazioso. Abbiamo trovato anche un po’ di colazione e tutto per cucinare. Addirittura per sbaglio avevamo lasciato delle cose in appartamento e Tommaso è stato super disponibile per andarle a prendere. Ottimo appartamento!!!

innanzitutto, a livello comunicativo possiamo dire che lui è il miglior host 2) ci ha portato dalla stazione del treno fino all'appartamento ( il che non è poco ) 3) all' appartamento è successo un inconveniente imprevisto però lui è intervenuto subito e ha risolto tutto. 4) l'alloggio è mega comodo, vista mare, fornito di tutto il necessario magari se tutti gli host fossero come lui grazie per davvero, siamo stati fortunati ad aver effettuato la nostra esperienza lì. :)
