Accogliente abitazione a due passi dalle mura di Città di Castello, comodissimo il parcheggio interno. La casa è molto pulita e funzionale, Laura ci ha accolto di persona nonostante la pioggia torrenziale. Ottima anche la crostata che ci ha preparato per la colazione. Ottima esperienza.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Wir haben bei Serafina in Senigallia eine große Parterrewohnung gemietet, in einem Haus, das auf einem Hügel steht. Der Hügel reicht bis in die Stadt hinein. Aus dem Garten des Hauses sieht man die in 3 km entfernte Adria. Wenn man das Haus in die Gegenrichtung verlässt, kommt man direkt in die schöne Hügellandschaft der Marken. Da kann man kleine Wanderungen machen. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Dies ist Serafina und ihrem Ehemann Francesco, ihrer Herzlichkeit und ihrer Gastfreundschaft zu verdanken. Wir kommen gerne nach Senigallia , weil Senigallia eine schöne, moderne, seinem geschichtlichen Erbe verbundene, dem Strandleben und der Kunst zugewandte Stadt ist.

Soggiorno splendido e curato nei minimi dettagli, sia dal punto di vista estetico che nelle pulizie. La cucina è attrezzata con stoviglie e strumenti di ottima qualità. La posizione esprime un grande potenziale, purtroppo noi abbiamo soggiornato durante dei giorni piovosi ma il comfort della struttura hanno compensato ampiamente senza rovinare la nostra breve vacanze. Michele è stato presente e recettivo, un ottimo host. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare da lui.

Una location incantevole, tutta nuova e ristrutturata ai massimi livelli, immersa in un paesaggio da sogno. I proprietari sono stati meravigliosi, i migliori che ho incontrato nei miei vari soggiorni in giro per l’Italia. 10 e lode

Very cosy apartment in the basement of the building with a low door from the garden. For me who is normal length 172 cm it was a fantastic apartment, but if you are 190 cm you would find the roof a little low. Sometimes southern European houses can be cold, but here there was a fantastic heating system that made the stay very enjoyable with large radiators in each room, easy to regulate. I also suspect it will be cool and nice in the summer. As I had a cold, It was very good to be able to control the temperature exact. Very helpful and easy to reach hosts, we had good communication and I got help to get to the Expo when the bus was late. Would choose again for the expo next year.

Casa perfetta! Vicino alla spiaggia e con parcheggio interno alla proprietà. Il sig Massimo è stato disponibilissimo e ci ha consigliato anche diversi posti dove poter andare nei dintorni. Inoltre ci ha anche fornito culla e seggiolone per il bambino. Consigliato per chi come noi ha bambini piccoli.

Annabella è stata un'host gentile e disponibile, siamo stati veramente bene in questa casa di campagna pulita e spaziosa nelle immediate vicinanze di Gubbio. Consigliatissimo!

Wir wurden sehr flexibel und freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern! Ein sehr schönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Maarit und Gianni waren supertolle Gastgeber. Sie haben ab und an kleine Köstlichkeiten und Wein vorbeigebracht und sind bei allen Problemen und Fragen stets mit grosser Unterstützung da gewesen. Das Anwesen ist ruhig und gross und eignet sich gut für Familienferien, wir schätzten wir allem den kleinen und den grossen Pool und die Klimaanlage. Der Am Abend hat es viele Mücken, was uns aber nicht davon abgehalten hat, draussen die Landschaft und Atmosphäre zu genießen. Das Grundstück ist sehr abgelegen, was uns nicht gestört hat.

10 giorni di vacanza in questa casa, ho stato molto felice, un bellísimo posto in mezzo della Natura, comunque fantastico, Roberta molto gentile è solare. La casa molto particolare, tutto pulito e sistemato. Io sonó molto contenta di avere scelto questa casa per fare la mia vacanza. Ci pensò di tornare tra un po’. Grazie mille ☺️

Un logement plein de charme en pleine campagne d'Émilie-Romagne. La maison est très bien décorée et tout le nécessaire est fourni. Bel extérieur avec table et hamac. Tout est très propre. Roberta nous a très bien accueillie et il a été facile de communiquer avec elle. Le logement est assez isolé, accessible via des routes sinueuses et il y a pas mal de moustiques. Les chambres sont assez proches et les salles de bains partagées. Ce Airbnb reste un super emplacement pour profiter du calme de la campagne et aller faire un tour à Saint-Marin (30 minutes).

Il posto è meraviglioso, immerso nella natura, Roberta e Cinzia sono due Host discrete e professionali attente alle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è ospitale e abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serve per una colazione ricca e variegata. I nostri cani ben accetti e uno splendido guardino.

bellissimo posto per una vacanza relax o avventura. essendo un rifugio ci si deve adattare ma vale molto la pensa considerando l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Casa immersa nel verde con ampio giardino e splendide passeggiate nei dintorni, posto meraviglioso.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

Soggiornare nel rifugio è stato molto piacevole, gli host sono davvero premurosi e accoglienti e il rifugio è molto ben tenuto oltre ad essere un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni nella natura circostante. Questa volta ero solo di passaggio ma cercherò di tornare con più tempo a disposizione. Grazie e speriamo di rivederci presto!
