Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

We are 10 min drive from the American River, half hour from Lakes Folsom/Clementine, and an 1.5 hours from Tahoe. Our downtown location means we are 1/4 mile from the freeway, with some ambient noise when outside. We are dog friendly, and hope you love our home.

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Enjoy our cozy cabin in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Stay inside and enjoy watching football or enjoy some of the many outdoor activities that are plentiful in our area. We are close to the slopes, rivers, mountain bike trails, Dirtbike trails, beautiful mountain roads and towns as well as many lakes. Fell free to contact us for suggestions! At the end of the day enjoy a campfire and some s’mores! You will have access to the entire cabin which is 2 stories and sleeps up to 8.
