My Girlfriend & I had an amazing stay & will hopefully return soon! Austin was a great host & even let us check in a bit early. The house was easy to find & we had no issues getting settled in. The neighbors were a little closer than I predicted but the backyard & enclosed patio gave us plenty of privacy. Also a big bonus was the view of the water was even better than the pictures! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Our stay at Annette's place was great! The pictures can't even do it justice. The surrounding area was beautiful and so peaceful. It was very private, but you didn't feel like you were too solitary if that's not something you're into. The hot tub and game table were very nice, and there are a couple cool board game options that we didn't get to play, as well as some puzzles lying around + multiple TVs with streaming capabilities, DVDs, and VHS! In other words, there was plenty to do. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with anything you could've needed, and the place was very handicap accessible. The shower in the hall bathroom has almost no wall and a handicap bar. This is a beautiful place at a great place, and Annette herself is very kind and helpful - we were greeted by a handwritten letter upon arrival welcoming us and reminding us the rules and functions of the house. I recommend!

We absolutely love staying at the lake house! We enjoyed our Christmas vacation with this great view! The community space upstairs was just the right size for our family Christmas… And we also loved the hot tub!

Joey’s home was beautiful and just as described. He took the time to message me to let me know that there would be storms in the area and allowed me to check in early because of the approaching storms. The area was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend.

What a great place. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house had everything as described and all that we needed. We would stay there again if we are in the area again.

This was our 2nd stay at Madeline's house. We enjoyed it this time as much as the first time. The house was clean and the kids had plenty to do to entertain themselves inside and out. The lake view never disappoints! Thanks for another great family vacation!

The place was in a great location, just a 2-3 minute drive from downtown but the street is not too busy. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner works great. I would absolutely stay here again and probably will.

Our stay at the yurt was amazing! The hot tub was very nice, and the view from Paradise Pointe was beautiful. We enjoyed the animals and serene atmosphere surrounding our spot and would absolutely recommend this to anyone traveling to the area!

My friend and I had stayed here over the weekend, it was great for what we were needing. We were going to a music festival over the weekend and we had all essentials and Vicky was very nice. The area is also nice and peaceful it was a great place to have a break at between the festival.

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

Another excellent night stay at the Barren Rest. We always are pleasantly pleased with this location. We will return in the near future. Thank you Penny again, for offering your place to stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this lovely apartment. Both times I felt right at home. The space has everything you need to be comfortable during your time on the mountain. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient spot to stay on campus. It is so nice to have Amenities like a full kitchen and washer and dryer too!

Had a pleasant stay, came in town for a friends wedding in Nashville. Everything was about 30 minutes away. Jim was very responsive and the place was very clean.

We were visiting Tennessee to explore between Chattanooga and Nashville, it was a great little cabin in a beautiful setting. This is a location for those who want peace and quiet with options nearby for taking in natural beauty. The game room is perfect for a getaway with friends or a family. The welcome book provided is super helpful and we visited a few of the suggested spots and they were awesome.

Our family of 5 loved this get away! This home was tucked away in the woods with quick access to the lake for fishing. Spending time on the screened in patio was amazing with the hot tub and fireplaces 🥰

Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Nice quiet and private area with local restaurants close by. The 11:00 checkout was very helpful and allowed a more relaxed final day.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The house was very clean. The views were amazing. We loved sitting on the deck! The beds were so comfortable! The location is very private and peaceful. We visited 4 nearby state parks while we there and they were all an easy drive from the house. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Very lovely cabin. Actually looked better in person than it did in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and cooking supplies. We loved the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. Only downfalls were a good bit of the dishes that were put away were not cleaned, but you are expected to load those into the dishwasher yourself. My assumption is that previous guests did not rinse the dishes before running them through the wash and someone put them up after not checking them first. Not a huge deal. We can't speak much on the amenities offered at the cabin because we stayed during bad weather, but it was the perfect cabin for an unplugged weekend with just board games and food. Overall, it was a really great place to stay and we would personally go back.
