Lugar soñado. Solo con entrar al apartamento y encontrarse de frente con el mar desde un piso 39 es inigualable y alucinante. Las camas de las 3 habitaciones son espectaculares!!! La piscina del resort es SUPER y el anfitrión Mike es muy atento y diligente, responde de inmediato cada consulta. Recomiendo no perderse este alojamiento que, si bien no entra en la categoría económico si les aseguro que haciendo un esfuerzo pasarán días inolvidables en este fabuloso ático!!! This trip was our first trip with our 3 month old and we are glad we chose Lagunas place! She was incredibly responsive and provided what was needed to make it a comfortable stay! The location CANNOT be more perfect as its walking to distance to the beautiful beach and boardwalk along with many coffee shops. It was in a safe and quiet part of the town and the main tourist spots are just 4-10 mi drives from this place. I would definitely stay again!

It was fine. Lots of rules on noise. The previous tenant left dirty pan in oven. Otherwise clean. Pool was nice. Could use a vacuum after overnight trees

Yolande is truly an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, she gave us a full tour of the house—something no other host has done in our experience, and it made us feel right at home. The house was exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It had absolutely everything we could need—from cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials to a dishwasher, laundry machines. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire home offered a cozy, welcoming vibe. The pool was a true highlight—large, and thoughtfully equipped with lounge chairs and towels. The outdoor shower was a game-change. The ambiance of the home was gorgeous, with lovely lighting and charming decor—truly meraviglioso. The location couldn’t have been better: close to a variety of shops, restaurants, markets, and just minutes from the beach. We had such a fantastic experience, and it’s all thanks to Yolande’s hospitality and attention to detail. We highly recommend her place to anyone!!!! 😊

We had a lovely stay at Celiane’s beautiful home! The property itself was great - plenty of space, a nice pool, and a quiet, relaxed area. The location was close to great restaurants and activities, but in a peaceful environment. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Celiane was helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at Bruna’s house. The pictures are incredible, but the house exceeded our expectations. The pool and yard were an absolute dream.

We had a great week long stay at Anastasia’s place over New Years. The house looks like the photos and would be great for multiple couples since it has 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The pool and rear yard was where we spent a lot of our time. A++++ for the pool temperature in January. You must go to Sunny’s and the Osteria for dinner (both are close by) and amazing. Location is on a busy road but you don’t really hear much traffic noise in the house. We did have a car so it was easy to get around. Would recommend this house for anyone coming to Miami.

Probably one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve stayed in Miami. Very comfortable beds and space for 10 women. We felt the home was clean and neighborhood safe. The pool and backyard / outdoor living is a major highlight. Marc was prompt in answering our questions. Definitely book

Everything about our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed the house with every aspect of it. Beautiful sun in the morning filling the living room with fresh coffee thanks to the great amenities was absolutely memorable. Heated pool allowed use at any time. Private and peaceful nature of the house made us feel at home. And last but not least, great, proactive, and friendly communication with Angela and Carlos made it perfect for us. We will definitely visit again. Thank you so much!

The home was easy to find. Utilized a car to get to the beach. Beach parking is around $7/hr. The pool was good temperature. Back yard was private. Nice grill. Lots of kitchen amenities and extras. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Overall a great Christmas vacation for our family.

This house was incredible. I’ve never been to Miami, but I’m really glad we stay just a little bit outside of it in Hollywood. While we did go to the beach a few times we really just wanted to stay at the house and hang out in the backyard because it’s such a cool spot.

Just two short blocks from the beach, with towels, chairs and beach bags provided. Maybe a three or four minute walk to the gorgeous Broadwalk. Then miles of beaches in either direction. Fully equipped kitchen. Host was extremely responsive. Getting in and out was easy with a touch pad on the front door. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent séjour. Excellente location dans un quartier très tranquille et proche de tout. On a pris l’auto pour aller à la plage, mais peut se faire à vélo sans problème! Très bien équipé, les parasols pour la plage ont été supers appréciés ! Amanda communique très rapidement et super serviable. Elle a pu nous faire un early check-in, ce qui nous a bien rendu service! Je recommande vivement cette adresse et j’hésiterai pas à y retourner!

Loved staying here it was so peaceful and relaxing. It was close to everything that we wanted to do from downtown to wynwood! Everything was super clean. We came for my boyfriend’s birthday, and Anna helped me plan birthday balloons so he would be surprised! it was romantic and serene. 10/10 recommend! Will stay here again if I’m in Miami! Beats a hotel by far!

Great stay! Mona provided a crib for my baby, and we love the playground one block away. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after running around Miami was a treat. Very cute backyard that my kids loved. Will book again!

Jeff went above and beyond. He not only stored our luggage, he placed it in the room where we were staying. He was a fantastic host!!!

Bethany’s place was the perfect stay for a girls weekend trip! The house was wonderful and in a great area. The hosts were also extremely communicative, helpful and very quick to respond during our time there. Definitely recommend staying here!
