We were a group of 20 comprised of 4 families with children ranging from 5 to 25 years old. This was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the house and walks to town and the beach. We really had an amazing time and were very happy with the house, rooms and all of the accommodations. The kids couldn’t get enough of the slide. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and fit all of our needs. We cooked most of our own meals. We are definitely considering making this an annual family trip! Thanks to Jess and her staff for welcoming us to their beautiful property and home.

The house & location are amazing, you literally feel like you have your own beach in the middle of paradise, but also all of the conveniences you need like a variety restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores and even a hardware store are only less than a 5 minute drive away. The baby turtle sanctuary is only a 5 minute drive away and we got to see one of my bucket lists, we got to release baby turtles and watch them waddle their way to the ocean! The whole house had a water filter and reverse osmosis water so we were able to have safe and wonderful drinking water the entire trip and saved loads of money just refilling our water w/ regular cheap water bottles that we bought day one some of us brought our Yeti/Stanley cups. The pool is a perfect dip pool for when you get hot, and at low tide, which is everyday. The smooth sandy beach is a dream! We looked at tons of other beachfront properties but this was the only one that actually had a sandy swimmable beach! House is perfect!

I really enjoyed an extended stay (over a month) at the Coco Sunset Hills property being managed by Tropical Gardens. This staff is the happiest and friendliest ever. The property was all that is was advertised to be. Many different and beautiful pools to swim in on very well landscaped and maintained grounds. The property itself was wonderful (2 floor, 2 bedroom) with all modern conveniences, great A/C, room fans, and weekly cleaning services! I have told my friends about this place and will also be back.

We loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect end for our trip. Would definitely stay here for an entire trip! The beach close by, the terrace, the pools, and gated community were awesome and made our Costa Rica trip better. The host was great when we couldn’t find the office space to check in due to construction, but she came all the way out to the street to help us! Friendly staff!

El condominio es agradable y tranquilo, la casa está muy bien equipada y la comunicación con los anfitriones simpre fue ágil. La casa nos la entregaron hasta las 6 pm y de acuerdo con la info de Airbnb era a las 3 pm, creo que se pudieron haber organizado mejor para poder cumplir con el horario. Dejando a un lado lo del atraso con la entrega todo salió muy bien.

Aunque no pudimos comunicarnos con la anfitriona, el encargado del condominio nos colaboró y todo estuvo muy bien, casa cómoda muy bonito lugar nos gustó mucho. Recomendada!!!

Un lugar tranquilo para alejarse de la vida ajetreada de la cuidad, comodidades en el hospedaje, eso si es para viajar con vehículos, transporte publico no lo recomiendo, la zona de pinilla se preta para hacer ciclismo, trail, motocross o cuadraciclos, las playas están relativamente cerca

Nice place with kitchen, balcony. A/C x2. Very clean, snow white towels. We did not get discouraged by neglected access route, it is not a Melvin's fault but local government. So we were just drowing slowly for a minute to reach the house. Inside of property you feel very safe with tool fences and strong metal doors. Also there is a beautifull garden with mature palm trees and all beautifull vegetation. Short drive to close beaches. In 15-20 minutes you can reach 5-6 different beaches - 2 of them was very calm, no big waves.. good for older person. Also we found a little walkable shortcut to the beach .. less than 10 minutes. Martha ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Der Bungalow ist ziemlich neu und das Gelände inklusive Terrasse ist schon angelegt. Ein Stellplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft im eingezäunten Gesamtgelände steht zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas tiefer im kleinen Dorf ind ist über eine Schotterstraße zu erreichen. Es ist eine reine Wohngegend, sehr ländlich. Daher ist an Unternehmungen und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung wenig geboten, jedoch isr es sehr ruhig, tagsüber wie nachts. Wir waren zu zweit als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht dort, auf der Durchreise nach Nicaragua. Aber aus unserer Sicht ist die Unterkunft in Kombination mit einem Mietwagen für mehrere Tage und Unternehmungen und Ausflüge in der Region bestens geeignet. Wir können die Unterkunft bei Martha weiterempfehlen.

Place with excellent park, a perfect pool to spend the day, in an excellent location near shops and beaches

Vista espectacular, cuartos espaciosos, toda tal cual aparece en las fotos, quizás la vista se ve mejor en vivo. la entrada creo que un sedan puede entrar, pero si se va a golpear, recomiendo mínimo un suv. 5 de 5!!!

Fuimos un fin de semana y nos gustó la ubicación, de acá fuimos a playas como: Tamarindo, Conchal, Flamingo y Bahía de los Piratas. Todas están relativamente cerca entre 15 y 30minutos. Nos encantó la piscina, lo cómodo de la camada y la cocina es pequeña pero tenía equipado lo necesario. En general la pasamos muy bien.

This condo is located on the 2nd floor above a garage for a big beach house. The check in is handled by the boutique hotel next door and the place comes with the same privileges as the hotel guests. The best feature is the privacy afforded by the secure access control. There is a large balcony where we spend a lot of time. It is located next to path directly to the ocean. You can walk anywhere you need. It is far enough from the main commercial district that it is very quiet. There are preserved nature areas across the street that have many birds and a troop of howler monkeys. The unit is very roomy and comfortable. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Loved Tamarindo!

Fue una estancia maravillosa, la piscina es un gran plus, todo estaba limpio, sin duda regresaría, se los recomiendo.

The house was great and very clean, good location, awesome pool and BBQ area!.. Aileen was a great host, she always responded quickly and made sure we'd have everything we needed.. Highly recommend!

Eduardo’s place is nothing short of spectacular! His team was helpful in providing local recommendations although staying in the home would’ve been a great vacation by itself. The Resort community it’s in, is huge. Just getting outside the gate is a 15 minute drive. This makes for the town to be about 30 minutes away. We loved our stay, thank you!
