Beautiful property that worked well for our group. Great pool and the views and amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. The host (Rob) is very helpful and responsive and can help work through any issues. Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. Our family and friends were all comfortable and enjoyed the warm, well appointed home for a long weekend. Sandra was available and responsive. We’ve stayed in homes all over the world. Sandra and her Ukiah home are among the best.

I travel to Airbnbs often, and this is by far the best one! Sebastopol is an amazing town. We loved the hot tub and pool, and the house itself is incredible. The beds were super comfy, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We had a great time exploring Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and Bodega Bay. We even made a trip to Tomales to visit the Scream filming location—I’m a huge horror fan, so that was a highlight! The views of the vineyard and sky, both during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning. This place truly has it all, and we’re already planning to come back. We’re even considering purchasing property in Santa Rosa! A special bonus was the two sweet dogs, Bonnie and Dixie (I think those were their names)—such adorable and friendly dogs! Highly recommend this place!

Brook went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and most enjoyable! From offering the early checkin to allowing us to checkout a bit later, a long with all the helpful hints on restaurants, grocery stores and providing all around comfort, we truly enjoyed our stay. From the teas to the paper plates, to the inflatable ducky in the pool, we could not have asked for more. Brook also provided a plastic chair for the shower as we were traveling with an elderly person-I thought that was very kind and thoughtful. Looking forward to returning one day. This is such an exquisite Airbnb! Trinette and Chris are wonderful hosts and they have put so much love and thought into curating this space. If you're looking for a quiet, luxurious, restorative solo or couples retreat, you've found it! It is very easy to stay 4 days and not leave the house, but if you want to, the area has wonderful restaurants, nature trails, shopping and so much more. The location has amazing access to everything you could desire and at the same time is super quiet and private. I especially appreciate the emphasis on biocompatible, organic and sustainable products, materials and cleaning materials. The outdoor shower and infrared sauna is sooooo magical. This location was perfect for my employees, who are working on a new home construction project in the area. They felt right at home and couldn't believe how accommodating everything & everyone was.

We stayed as part of a large family reunion, with family members in various units in this complex. This worked out really well, and management was kind enough to allow us to have a BBQ on the patio near the main entrance building. Very enjoyable stay overall
