We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor fire pit was wonderful, the place was very well stocked, and very peaceful.

Eve's place is a delightful cottage, designed beautifully and truly feels like a home away from home. Check in was extremely easy, the home was extremely clean and it was so lovely to have tea, milk and water provided to enjoy throughout the stay. The garden is stunning and the view of the gold course makes Eve's place a gorgeous stop for any traveller exploring New Zealand. I would highly recommend Eve's place.

Exactly like the listing totally a Vintage Charm cottage 😊 Tastefully decorated, very comfortable, quiet & warm, well equipped kitchen, a delicious pantry with fresh homemade bread, fresh eggs, homemade jam & cookies, plus other treats. thank you Rachel we really enjoyed our stay 🙏💐

Great area and place, clean and wonderful views

We had a wonderful stay! The scenery was amazing — we could lie down right outside the villa at night and enjoy the stars. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the town center. The room was clean and comfortable. Natasha responded very quickly and was always helpful. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience.

The location is perfect - walkable to the lakefront shops and supermarkets yet private enough to that it's peaceful. We really appreciated the heated flooring - it made showering in the 0 degree weather. Wish I had found out about the 'mini library' in the TV console earlier!

Our family of four had a great one-night stay at Crystal's place. The three bedrooms were lovely and we really appreciated the washing machine. Everything was clean and Crystal was a great communicator. It was a perfect launching point for heading to the Hooker Valley Track the next morning (~40 min drive). Thanks for a great stay!
