Wonderful house with plenty of activities! Convenient drive to White Sands, and the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, especially to cook and enjoy our meals. Temperature was perfect and the fireplaces were a great treat. The game room was so fun and enjoyed by kids and adults. There was a steep street to get to the home but we used the 2nd entrance and it was perfectly fine. We would definitely stay here again as it was a very close drive to downtown and the grocery stores, it was a perfect weekend!

It was a wonderful place, but for cooking a thanksgiving meal there it was a struggle, not enough dishes. The oven is super slow. But we made due. But overall it was a nice stay and the kids enjoyed the pool. The deer show up in the mornings right outside of the pool area, that was nice. Internet did not work very well either. But maybe that was a good thing for the family visits! 😉

The place is amazing; just few details. One on them the poker table is loose and can cause an accident; and cleaning was good overall just some spider webs by the lights. Aside from that the place is amazing; the amenities are top notch and the view uffff breathtaking!

We had a wonderful stay during an ultra rave we participated in . The location was perfect and was easy to get to town. The home was quiet and nice. We even got a surprise snow storm the day before we left. Thanks for the early check in!

Was looking for a Holiday getaway for Easter weekend. The house was beautiful and very welcoming. The area was amazingly scenic and peaceful. Had dear and elk walk right onto the property. It snowed during our stay and just made the time even more memorable. Had three generations of family on this trip and everyone both loved the house, its area and the trip in its entirety. Gabriel, our host, was very friendly and communicative. Even gave recommendations when I mentioned it was a first time trip to Ruidoso. Will definitely be booking again for future trips.

We stayed with Stephanie on the way to and in the way back from a mission trip. It was a great stay! Stephanie was very responsive and welcoming. The place had plenty of room for our group of 17 and it was really helpful for Stephanie to be right above us in case we had any questions!

Check in was seamless. Chris and Bret were very helpful before we arrived. What a GREAT house spectacular views of the mountain and surrounding hills. Tons of kitchen and living space. Bedrooms were well appointed and super comfortable. Fireplace and hot tub were a perfect additions. Kitchen is stocked with every amenity necessary to make dinner for a large family. Location right near the strip made it easy to dine out when no one felt like cooking. Can’t wait to book again in the summer next time.

Our host was very communicative from start to finish. The house was just like the photos and we had plenty of room for everyone to gather and also have private space of their own. Directions to get there were very easy and near downtown Ruidoso.

This was my second week staying at Jenn’s home and it was as wonderful as the first time. Beautiful home and nice yard for the kids to play. We had a blast staying here and will look forward to returning on our next visit to Alamogordo!!

This was such a beautiful place. Loved the interior decor. Had everything we needed to cook and bake. Felt so at home. The yard was amazing. We were able to grill and have family together outside on balcony with outside furniture. Had our own private room away from the kids 😊 to rest at night. Close to that little park where we could walk to aside from the center shops. Couldn’t have been better. Price was a little high per day. But was worth every penny. Would love to come again totally recommend it.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Eric is a great ans responsive host. Location is convenient, neighborhood is nice and quiet. House is beautiful, great layout plan without stairs , ideal for elderly parents. Kitchen is huge , well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.

We spent our Easter weekend here we had so much fun kids loved it. We all loved it Plenty to do. Plenty of space clean a great location. We will definitely be staying here again.

Home is located close to the main town with everything you need very close by, you can see they have experience with the equipment and all your basic needs covered, greatly appreciate the attention to the small details awesome when you are trying to enjoy and relax.

We had an amazing stay in ruidoso. The hosts, Elizabeth and Uziell were extremely gracious and attentive to our needs. There was a lovely welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived, making us feel warm and welcome. The property is spacious, clean and everything we needed. The linens are good quality and towels were large and fluffy. When reviews state the kitchen is well equipped, it is no exaggeration. It held more cooking implements than you would ever need. The neighborhood is quiet with a wonderful view. The porch is great to chill or entertain. When the hosts say the property is pet friendly, they mean it. From the small fenced in area, gated porch and extra large kennel, it met all our fur baby’s needs. I highly recommend Forest Haven. We will definitely stay here again.

Such an amazing and inviting place! Very spacious, clean, cozy and beautiful. The backyard is incredible and with lots of space for activities, from having a cookout to throwing a football or just relaxing in the hot tub or reading a book with a cup of coffee. We had a group of 10 and we had plenty of space, it never felt crowded. Steven was also very helpful and quick to answer any questions; he even was kind of enough to accommodate for us since we traveled with a baby. Also a plus, that a major grocery store is a 5 minute walk away. Definitely will go back next time we are in Ruidoso!
