Very lovely and accommodating host. Would absolutely book again.

I had to move to this listing short notice with my family due to a bad host elsewhere. Arletta was very responsive and helpful in this situation. After a minor misunderstanding with a bed issue she responded quickly and was very friendly. This place is directly across from beach access and is decorated well. It could use a few more dishes and things. As others mentioned the washing and folding of the towels prior to checkout can be a bother but we just planned ahead. This place was what we needed in short notice and it fit our family well. I’d recommend it. Arletta was pleasant to work with. Good communication is key and she did that well.

Me and my family had an amazing stay. The place looked just like the pictures and everything was so clean when we arrived. We enjoyed all the amenities and the peaceful area. Would definitely book again!

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

Wonderful place to stay in

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

Sally was very helpful. communication was great. easy walk to beach, restaurants. I feel Sally was very dependable and if there were any problems....she would resolve them immediately

Nice, small cozy cottage in a quaint neighborhood. The private access to the beach was a major plus. Place was clean with all the basics needed. Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Walking distance to coffee shops/food spots/ general stores. Rob was very personable and friendly. Perfect for a couple or few friends visiting the beach. Plenty of space for myself and my partner plus our dogs.

This place is awesome for what it is - a large home that can accommodate many people with a ton of space. It also doesn't have the Airbnb special room of 4+ beds that sleeps 8 to pump up the amount that can sleep there. This listing is straightforward. The keyless entry is awesome, everything in the house works, and there is plenty of parking and amenities. It is older and dated, however, and lacks a few finish details but for what it is, this house is very, very worth it. Each room was separated enough to have privacy, the kitchen was functional, and the dining room, living room, and entry/sunroom all offered enough room for everybody in our party to feel comfortable. I would stay here again, especially with a large group. We were 7 adults and 6 children (all under 8) and this was 1000% better than a hotel or other living arrangement. Thank you Ashley! I had an amazing stay at this house in Brooklyn! The place was incredibly clean and nice, and I truly enjoyed every moment of being there. Just checked out. Wanted to say how hospitable and amazing the bnb was. We have a huge family and everything was perfect. Many memories from this house now especially the Wedding memories. Also thank you for being super flexible and understanding
