Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Located just 150 metres from the seafront promenade which has steps leading down to the beach this large spacious one bedroom apartment occupies the entire lower ground floor of an elegant grade II listed regency townhouse. With a large bedroom, open plan reception room with kitchen and period style bathroom the apartment offers every modern luxury with regency charm. Outside there is a patio terrace to the rear with seating and a small BBQ. Once the Butler's den the servants bell won't ring!

A short walk away from lovely sandy beaches, perfect for early morning strolls to enjoy the calming sound of the sea. At low tide, you can walk all the way to Broadstairs and beyond, and if you don't feel like walking back, hop on the loop bus to drop you off at the end of the street. A few minutes from the fantastic Addington St. shops, followed by the Harbour restaurants & bars.

My flat is directly overlooking the Harbour & sea on the ground floor. I have poured a lot of love into it, making it ready and am excited to share it with you. It is modern, clean and chic and should have all the amenities you need. I have done the bedroom in a cosy cottage style. Just steps away are lovely restaurants and cafes overlooking the Marina. You can walk along the west cliff directly from the flat with more lovely views across the sea. I love Ramsgate and am sure you will too.

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.
