great location, great host, perfect for a trip with a big group

Die Gastgeber waren so zuvorkommend und super lieb. Es gibt alles was man zu Hause auch braucht; vor allem Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen zur Verfügung. Direkt vor der Haustür ein Strand und es liegt sehr zentral am Wild Atlantik Way, von dem man zentral überall hinkommt. Sehr schön privat, leise und in traumhafter Lage zu Wanderausflügen und in die Stadt. Alles ist sehr sehr schön in Minttönen. Sonntag hat mich die Gastgeberin sogar aktiv gefragt, ob Sie mir etwas vom einkaufen mitbringen kann und als ich spät eingecheckt habe, kamen Sie trotzdem, um das WLan zu erklären. Sehr freundlich :)

We had a super stay at Willie's place. The apartment was very stylish and comfy and had everything we needed including a great coffee machine. The pizzas (and pints) in the pub downstairs were delicious! Will definitely return in future.

I found the cottage a delightful, comfortable, well equipped and a relaxing place to stay. Mary was very welcoming and helpful in every way. For peace and quite set in beautiful riverside surroundings, I would highly recommend it.

Stephanie’s place was perfect! Super close to the attractions, well maintained, and had everything we needed! Beds were really comfortable and Stephanie was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here while in Galway!

Ainè is a wonderful host, and the place is more beautiful than it appears in the listing. Ainè was flexible with our check-in timings and received us at the Inishmor airport. She arranged a dropoff as well. She also baked delicious scones and put them in our unit's kitchen. The unit itself is in a private, and quiet location. Both the bedrooms have good views of the island and the ocean. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are very well equipped and furnished. The kitchen is well furnished as well. The living room has a big window facing the ocean. The unit is about 15-20mins walk from the village center and is in a well-paved road. We could do the walk at night as well. Super séjour chez Mary, nous avons adorés l’appartement qui est très grand et fonctionnel pour une famille. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Emplacement non loin du centre de Galway et des centres co. Mary est une hôte réactive et aux petits soins, nous avons eu un très bon contact et est très sympathique.

Terrific homey atmosphere with all the kitchen and other amenities for a very pleasant stay. We stayed a week and weren’t ready to leave… will be back again.

Pat was a great and friendly host! Perfect location close to Galway city center but far enough removed from the crowds. Kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and drive way for rental car was nice as well. Rooms were spacious and allowed us to spread out. Pat gave excellent tips and recommendations for Galway and the surrounding cities as well, all were great. Will look to stay here again next time we find ourselves in Galway! Thank you again Pat!

A wonderful stay with everything we needed! we loved having access to a kitchen to cook and a living space to relax and watch the tv in after a long day exploring the area. The whole apartment was comfortable and clean and in a great spot to jump in the car and visit many places nearby. We were greeted with a friendly hello when we arrived and some great tips but for the rest of the time we had our own space. Great communication and a great stay. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at Shane's place, only a 10 minute drive from Westport town, the house is perfectly equipped and very comfortable! Self check-in/out, which made things flexible and Shane was very accommodating. Would highly recommend a stay there for anyone looking to explore Westport and Achill Island!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Marie's very much! Could have stayed longer. Everything was clean, the beds very comfortable. It's a little ways outside of Westport so it's a perfect combination of quiet and peaceful but still with plenty to do close by. We spent lots of time in the living room just enjoying the amazing view. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Hopefully we can stay again one day!

A true gem! There are two kinds of Airbnbs: those that feel like they’re churned out on an assembly line — bare-bones and minimal effort — and those where you can tell the host genuinely cares. Ernie’s place is 100% the latter. From the moment we walked in, it was clear a lot of thought and love had gone into this space. Every room is well-appointed, with everything you could possibly need (and plenty of unexpected delights). We stayed with our 16-month-old daughter and were so impressed by the kid-friendly touches: a pack ’n play, high chair, and even a full set of children’s dishware and utensils. We enjoyed our two night stay in Galway. The location can’t be better - very walkable to the city center but also tucked in a quiet, charming neighborhood with nearby food and drink. Our hosts were helpful in giving suggestions for local places to try and were accommodating and the space was equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is really quaint and nicely decorated. The place was fantastic and exactly what my wife and I needed after driving through the country side for a few days. It’s in a perfect location to walk to the city center and Quay Street for food and drinks. The balcony was perfect for watching the ships come and go and for a little bit of a view when winding down. Would recommend to anyone needing a comfy place to stay a few days in Galway.
