Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

My son and his family stayed at Andrew’s property while they were visiting us from Australia. It is a fabulous property. Clean, comfortable and, with the log burner going, very cosy. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds and the little ones loved the bunk beds. Lots of little extras including books, games, logs for the fire and even a BBQ. Ideally situated with shops, cafes and the local market all within walking distance. The railway station is nearby and and the M6 less than 5 minutes drive. Andrew responded to a couple of minor queries almost immediately. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

We had a great stay at Jodie and Paul's place. I'm on chemotherapy at the moment so cleanliness and infection is a key concern but The Cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Paul was also very understanding when he gave us a knock to say hello on our last night and was woofed at very loudly by our anxious dog! hightly recommend this place if you want to stay in Southport or the surrounding area.

Carl's place is great! Exactly what we needed, it's comfortable, clean and in a great location. Just as it looks on the pictures. Ideally located for the zoo and a short drive to the promenade. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

Had a great stay at Katie’s house. The house was very easy to find, Katie provided accurate directions before our arrival and instructions for entry. The house was lovely and warm on arrival with some lovely treats provided, a very kind gesture! Everything in the house was very clean and as described. It was very quiet at nighttime and we all had a brilliant sleep. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay at this house. Pictures don't do it justice with the house much bigger than it looks. Very accessible location with only a 5 minute walk to the front of Lytham and it's beautiful windmill. 10 minute walk from the house will also take you right into the main street in the town where there are loads of cafes, pubs and shops. Helen was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every minute of our Easter break.

Absolute gem of a house. Mark couldn’t have been a better host. House was spotless and extremely well appointed. Ansdell is a perfect spot as it’s easily accessible to Lytham and close to Fairhaven. My family lives in Lytham and when there is a big get together we sometimes need to find extra accommodation. This has been the best one we have found so far. Thank you Mark.

Truly Outstanding! Couldnt have said it better myself if im honest as the name suggests it was!. I was impressed with Katrina from start to finish. Very responsive, proactive and kind. Booked late mintue as suprise for my family. The caravan was stunning. All the mod cons and beautifully furnished. Bedrooms, showers all spotless with all bedding and towel included. Perfect spot on site with private parking near all resort facilities close by. Was presented like a home from home which it was. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Cannot wait to stay again !!! 😊

Stayed for 2 nights in the caravan, was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. In a lovely location close to the sea front.

Had a lovely stay at Julie and Steve’s place, the caravan was clean, cosy well equipped and perfectly situated within the campsite. The swimming pool onsite was lovely and warm and at the time we went not too busy. The area and the scenery is lovely with plenty of local walks but also close enough to Manchester and Blackpool to add variety.

I stayed here with my family (two adults, teenager and toddler). The caravan was spotless . Blackpool is only under an hours drive away so perfect for visiting the zoo and water park. on site was good child friendly entertainment which my little one loved. There is also a swimming pool and arcades on site ( at a small extra charge on arrival). plenty do on site and plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. we would definitely stay here again.

The caravan was lovely and felt like home. Found a lovely easter treat in the fridge 😋 and lots of little homly perks around the caravan which made us smile. Check in instructions were straight forward and detailed directions were given in plenty of time of arrival. Prompt responses from lisa and paul throughout the duration of our stay with useful tips to make life easier. A very enjoyable holiday in a lovely home and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Only slight downside was the shower temperature. (Not sure if its shower related or user error 🤣) However, It did not ruin our holiday or our stay in any way and would definaltly love to come back again in the future for a longer stay to explore more of the surroundings. Took our parents here for Christmas and it was perfect. The cabin is spotless, excellent quality bedding and dishes. Really were able to make ourselves home. The kitchen is beautifully equipped, Christmas dinner was a complete success. Our hosts were really lovely and despite having an issue with the electricity, Jeremy made it his priority and had it sorted out in no time with minimal disruption to us. The site itself is a little run down but they are in the process of updating it. Twin room was a little smaller than it looked in the photographs but everything else was exacts you see it. I would definitely recommend this location for walkers.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Amazing stay for my birthday! Me, my wife, our four best friends and our dog had the absolute best time! The lodge is so much bigger than what can be seen in the pictures, it really is a dream holiday home! Thankyou so much to the host for hosting such a lovely space and being great communicating from start to finish! We can’t wait to come back!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Myself my husband and our 4 children stayed here for 4 nights. We were able to walk to all the local attractions we wanted to visit, pleasure beach, sandcastle, pier, amusements. Sea life center, tower etc was slightly further but we still found it a lovely walk along the prom. Kate was lovely and kept in touch sending clear instructions for check in and check out. The apartment was spacious and had lovely personal touches upon arrival. Much appreciated thank you. Kitchen was well equipped which meant we could cook a few nights, which was really handy with young kids. Kitchen bits for small kids too. Would definitely recommend staying here. 😁🩷

We enjoyed a lovely stay here and enjoyed watching the sun set just 30 seconds away from the caravan, also had a good laugh from the board games!

Beautiful house transport nearby shops and cafes will definitely visit again

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

Beautiful lodge - perfect for a couple of nights away with our 1 year old. Deborah was a great host - she provided a high chair for us for the stay which was much appreciated, along with lots of lovely touches (like milk, wine and beer). She provided local recommendations before we arrived and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend for a getaway.

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

A lovely space to spend time away from the world. We stayed for 3 days over new year and relaxed in front of the wood burner. The space was perfect for 4 of us.

The accommodation was perfectly located for us while we were visiting relatives in the area. Sue is a wonderful host, responsive and very welcoming, and we felt very much at home. Our dog was also well catered for and enjoyed the safe and secure garden. There are lovely walks nearby, especially along the River Wyre and over towards Singleton. We would heartily recommend this place, and hope to return one day soon.
