This was a perfect location to stay for the OU football game or any other event associated with the university. Fairly quiet considering it was in the middle of off-campus student housing. We only stayed a few nights, but the unit was set up well if you need an extended stay. The only thing lacking was the need for some type of bath mat or some sticky appliqués for the tub/shower for us older adults that need a safer footing. If we came back I would stay here again.

It's a very nice and clean place, exactly as described. Carmen is a great host, very responsive. The location of the place is also very good to move around. Highly recommended for people who are visiting the city.

Great place close to OU! We especially appreciated the simple check-out process - just locking the door, since some places require a long list of chores, which can be overwhelming. The thoughtful touch of snacks was a wonderful bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very close to campus. We were visiting our kids who are students at OU and they wanted a home cooked meal...the kitchen was well stocked for a family meal! The apartment had thoughtful touches and nice amenities. Super clean and well stocked!

This was a great place to stay during clinicals! Super nice, clean, and quiet! The hosts were amazing as well and helped me with any problems and/or questions I had. I would definitely recommend them!!

Carmen’s apartment was so cute and cozy. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the little touches like extra towels, and coffee. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was the perfect place for me for the short stay I had. It had everything I needed. It met my expectations for my stay and I plan to stay there again for future travel. Host was very responsive and great instruction on how to locate the property. It is very convenient to the highway 35 and it took me about 8 min with traffic to get to OU. The property was immaculate and very well stocked with accommodations. The closets were ginormous! I’ll be traveling for the next two weeks and was able to bring all my clothing and supplies in and didn’t take up 20% of the closet space. Great property and great host.

I stay at this location every time I come to the local area. Sometimes he’s booked and I have to stay elsewhere but when I can, this is my first choice.
