Clean, comfortable, cute little basement apartment that had everything we needed.

Our stay was great! Instructions were clear, home was clean and comfy. We visited Temple Square and the location was great. Will definitely book again when we are visiting.

Lovely place to stay near downtown Salt Lake. Alvin was very communicative, replying quickly to any messages. He also shared instructional videos on how to find the place and operate the equipment in the apartment. Everything was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Really nicely kept unit with lots of natural light! Our two kids had plenty of room and appreciated Disney+. Very walk-able location as well: donuts, restaurants, shops, parks, aviary. We had a lot of fun! The neighborhood was a tad sketchy, but quiet and overall safe. The lock was a little confusing but David was super responsive and kind about assisting with it.

This place was really cute and felt like home. Kristin was super accommodating and friendly. She went out of her way to have the space ready for us when we had to book last minute. Would definitely recommend. :)

My husband and I loved staying at Anthony's while we were in town to ski and hike. The Sugar House neighborhood is very cute and we had lots of options for coffee, drinks, dinner within a few minutes of driving. The space was private and quiet with plenty of available parking. Anthony was super responsive and helpful with checkin and we would happily stay here again!

I feel like it was a good distance to Downtown had a good price for how many beds they were! The place was very clean!

This Airbnb was perfect for my crew! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had plenty of space for everyone to rest after work. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was seamless. I cannot say enough good things about our stay with Dianne and Mike! Dianne gave us the warmest welcome I’ve ever had, walked us through the space, showed us a map of the area, explained how the street numbers were laid out and pointed out landmarks to orient us. The space was spotless, yet incredibly cozy and welcoming with everything we needed. This is a basement unit, but the separate entrance makes it feel private and comfortable. Dianne was very responsive and proactive in communicating. The location was perfect- we went to the aquarium, Top Golf, bowling, and amazing restaurants and never drove more than 15-20 minutes (and didn’t have to battle the interstate) I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place for our University of Utah college visit weekend that doubled as a ski day up at Park City. We were 5-8 mins to campus depending on where & 45 min to park city, no traffic & clear no snow roads (spring). The basement apartment was very well appointed to suit all our needs with a full kitchen with new appliances & big screen tv to watch March madness final 4!! Will book next time here.

The place was in a beautiful area at the bottom of the mountain with quick access to the highway. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. Every amenity is provided for (from ziplock bags to a washer/dryer); highly recommend.

The space was easy to find, well-maintained, and wonderfully cozy. We had a five night stay-cation as we sold our house and moved out, and this was our little home away from home. There is this lovely little desk nook which was super helpful as I was still working, which shows how well thought out the space was. A huge perk is that the space is dog friendly, and Callee had lots of little helpful things to make our pup's stay that much cozier as well. The neighborhood is walkable and cute, albeit quiet and not very commercial. Parking can be challenging with the boxing studio and the restaurant across the street, but there is parking to be found. This is one of the better AirBnBs in the neighborhood: wonderfully cute, cozy, and well priced. We would stay here again if we get the chance.

Mandi’s place was clean and spacious. Making our own meals was made easier with all the provided dishes and appliances. All the linens were clean and there were plenty of extra towels and washcloths. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a tv in every room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in SLC at this basement apartment. It was the perfect size and location for us. It was very walkable and close to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute bungalow in the Aves- very close to downtown and City Creek park. Love the original art inside and hard wood floors. Everything worked perfectly.

Host was very helpful and friendly. Helped me find a rental that would accommodate my dog. Beautiful location as well.

We had a great stay in SLC! We cannot believe how close we were to the Delta center we even got tickets for another game the following night . We were in town for a hockey game and a basketball game the following night and it was so much fun to be a walking distance. I will not even get started on the amenities, but it was very convenient to have parking, even though we had to pay it was a huge benefit and the host makes it so easy! I think the highlight of the trip was the hot tub , you get amazing views!

Look no further if you are looking for a ski weekend getaway! Quick rides up to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird. Magali’s home is beautiful with uninterrupted views of the mountains. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a perfect apartment for my 3 week work trip to Salt Lake City. The building was clean and the place looked just like the photos.

The condo is close to town and close to three ski resorts. The hosts were great to work with and communicated very well. Will definitely book with them again!

Great location. I was in town for a conference and to do some skiing. The local restaurant downstairs (Matteo- HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and coffee shop was a great stop on my visit! Super clean.

As a group who travels multiple times a year for ski trips across the west and Midwest region, I can confidently say that we unanimously agreed on Brian being one of the absolute best, and most accommodating Airbnb hosts we’ve had yet! Brian went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing , including some last minute changes to our plans which he was more than happy to (and very generously) assist with! The home was clean, spacious, modern, and in an amazing location. Brian was clear, communicative, and readily available to assist at any moment during our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and absolutely will be looking to stay here again!
