We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

No AC in the home, only ceiling fans.

Four bedrooms, including a first floor, master bedroom and master bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs, one with bunk beds!

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Our Tiny Aframe with bathhouse has everything you need to comfortably spend that amazing night with your significant other. The 12’ x 16’ Aframe has a very cozy, floating style queen bed. Also has a small kitchen area with microwave, stove top, mini fridge and freezer as well as a full set of kitchen supplies. All this is only a short walk (100 yds) from our private lake were you can enjoy kayaking, fishing and/or watching the sunsets.

Whether vacationing, just traveling through the area, or working you’ll have an enjoyable stay in the entire home. It features a large living room, den office, full kitchen, three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms a large fenced in back yard, large front and back porches sure to make you feel warm nostalgic hospitality. Only minutes from everything, you will feel the convenience.

The Bungalow is a roomy, nicely renovated space easily accessed from rts 80/99. Only 25 min to State College & Altoona. Queen bed in the bedroom. One sofa in the living room converts to a king bed (see photos). A twin mattress is stored in the bedroom can be placed in the living room for an additional person. Walk in shower in bathroom. Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee maker. Dining room with access to a small deck. Fully functional outhouse see pics.

You will have exclusive use of the campsite, our Tipi hideaway is perfect for anyone who loves being outdoors, sleeping under the stars, without sacrificing the comforts of home. When you come up our lane, stop at our house and we will take you to the site. You can drive to it. Please read and understand all our rules before you visit.
