We had a wonderful 10 day stay in Evergreen. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the home, the cooler temperatures, and the cozy and unique features of the home. It definitely felt like our "home" away from home. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well-supplied with various necessities. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices, etc. The host was so gracious to provide everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing trip. Bert was a fantastic host, friendly and so welcoming, and responsive to any questions we had. His attention to detail was obvious throughout the house and greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub experience while surrounded by nature. The home's peaceful location provided just the right amount of privacy, while also allowing us easy access to explore and enjoy the nearby quaint towns of Evergreen, Idaho Springs, and Georgetown. Thanks Bert and Suzan for opening up your home to us. We loved it!

The stay was very cozy and clean. The fire place is so warm and inviting. The pool and hot tubs were pristine. The club house has a wonderful pool table and showers. This is a great place to stay if you like incredible views, hiking, shuttle service and being very close to restaurants and the ski resort. I would stay here again!

Great place! We've stayed at the co do below for our own family but reserved this one because we met up with another family. There are 2 master suites (great for multiple couples) and a fold out couch for another to sleep on the floor if they don't want to share a bed. Backs right up to the snake river so kids can explore the area and the adults can relax! Small crockpot and good kitchen offerings to cook (no 9x13 pan though). Only complaint is the late check in: checking in at 5 it feels like you get hardly any time that first night.

The treehouse is beautiful and so peaceful! It felt so home like! Highly recommend this place for your stay!

This was our second time to stay at this property. It’s one of our favorites in Summit County. Near to everything, plenty of walking trails and hiking trails close by. It was incredibly cozy and the property manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine and it was fixed within a few hours.

an incredible place to gather and celebrate Brian and the other hosts have created a truly spectacular place to gather and celebrate. everything in the home is well-appointed, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. they have layed out the home in a way that enhances gathering but also allows individual space. The location is spectacular. You would be hard pressed to find a better location to take advantage of loveland ski resort. 10/10 would stay again. GNAR 2025

We love this neighborhood, we stayed at another airbnb a couple of homes away from this one last year. We thought this one was even nicer than last year's location. This is so close to the mountain and all nearby restaurants, while feeling like you're not sitting in the middle of a resort, with nice trees and neighborhood vibes surrounding the entire place. We will be back!

Awesome cabin in the very cool town or Idaho Springs, close enough to Denver but convenient to countless hiking trails, ski resorts, and Black Hawk Casino resort. Check-in was very easy, very nice kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were nicer than the pictures, and it was great to have full access to the hot tub and be able to make really wood burning fires inside the cabin, which is not always the case. There is both a wood burning and gas fireplace in the cabin. Only small gripe I had was the curfew on being inside before 10pm, which ended a fun night hanging out in the hot tub early, which might’ve been a good thing since our group had an early wake up time for skiing the following morning.

Such a great location between Silverthorn and A Basin… so easy to get to the mountain, without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

Place was perfect for a ski weekend! Location to downtown Frisco was ideal, and the place itself was actually nicer in person than it appears on pics

Justin’s place was the perfect stay for our large group of guys for a bachelor party. He was on top of every little detail, responded immediately to any question we had, and even let us have a Hibachi chef come by to cook one night. The location is perfect and walkable to all kinds of great things - and all the best parts of Denver are 5-10 minutes away.

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

Pablo’s place has everything! We did some gourmet cooking with the breville sous vide and enjoyed unlimited espresso and cappuccino! Great location. Pablo was very responsive.

Beautiful, peaceful cabin that allowed us to feel that we truly "got away" from the city and rush of daily life. William was a kind, responsive host who shared easy-to-follow directions on leaving his space. Getting to relax near the fire pit and see some of the local inhabitants (elk) was the cherry on top.

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

Perfect lil spot close enough to walk to downtown main if you wanted. Or just catch the bus stop which is maybe 20 steps away. Christine was very responsive with any questions that I had. I will more than likely rebooking in the future on my next trip to Breck!

Brian and his beautiful condo were both great. We have stayed in this condo before and were glad to be able to come back. Location is excellent, condo decor is beautiful, and equipment [humidifiers, fans, blankets, clothing hooks, etc] was just what we needed. Brian was very responsive to our questions with effective answers and actions as needed. This is a great place for 6 people. All three generations enjoyed our stay!! Don’t hesitate to try Columbine 205!!!

The location was perfect for my family. We took the Amtrak train to and from Fraser. The local bus system was super convenient from the station to the condo, grocery,and winter park for skiing. We also enjoyed convenient access to the pool, hot tubs, and laundry facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s condo! The condo was just as described. Very cozy with wonderful views of the mountain. We loved the ease of walking to the slopes and to downtown. We hope to come back someday!

Great spot, as described, very comfortable and peaceful, and has everything you need for a getaway including a well stocked kitchen! Also appreciated the bonus snacks left by previous folks. :) Hot springs were close enough that I didn't end up using the hot tub but if staying longer, that would have a been a great perk. (Cleaning up, vacuuming, and washing + drying the laundry is requested so just make sure you can budget that time in the morning.) Would definitely recommend Scott's place!

Our spring break stay at Daniel’s place was wonderful. We had all the space we needed with three of our boys with us, and having the pool and hot tubs directly across the parking lot was a huge bonus. Daniel was very quick to respond to any communication and was a great host. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time at Jimmy's. The condo is very comfortable and well furnished.. really appreciated having three bathrooms! Beautiful setting and an easy walk to the ski lift and Main Street. Nice balcony to sit out when it finally stopped snowing! Jimmy was great.. very quick to respond and helpful. We hope to be back!
