We absolutely loved our stay at Jays place. Everything was exactly described as in the pictures. The city view was perfect. Jays place was clean, easy to find and felt like home. We’d booked with Jay again. Location is safe and property is well secured. If you’re looking for something easy, romantic and relaxing this is definitely your stay!

This was a great place in a great location! We had plenty of space, a great view of the city, and in the heart of mid-town. There are many really great restaurants within the block of the apartment. We also walked to the Botanical Gardens and easy walk to Piedmont Park. Very close to Georgia Tech where we were visiting our student. Free, easy covered parking was included. The area felt very safe. Ryan is very helpful and responsive—a great host! We enjoyed our stay!

The host was very professional, flexible, and responsive. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Parking is secure, the building is secure. I felt extremely safe in this unit. Instructions for getting to the unit were amazing and easy to follow. The host was flexible with check in and check out. Thomas' home was just as advertised. His home was beautiful. I was only in Atlanta to visit Six Flags, so I wasn't at the home much. But, I was always comfortable while in the home. I'm also a simple guest, so I usually don't bother my host much, but the few questions I had, Thomas was very clear and prompt with his responses. He was also very proactive with his approach. Even when I didn't need anything, he was always checking on how everything was going. It was nice knowing he actually cared that my stay was pleasant. And last, but not least, the wine he provided was a fantastic touch. With the day I had before leaving home for my trip, being able to wind down in comfort with a glass of wine came in clutch. I 100% recommend staying at Thomas'. And being that I purchased season passes for my son and I, I highly recommend booking Thomas before I do as I plan on trying to stay at Thomas' home for every visit. Thank you for your hospitality, Thomas!

Second time to stay in this bldg. Love the location and great space as an alternative to a hotel when the city gets full. No shampoo or conditioner provided, so just be prepared. Everything else was covered. Love the location for outdoor walking and restaurants, and used the small gym for the first time which was good. You can hear the garage open in the unit, but it’s plenty quiet at night.

William’s place felt just like home! Clean and smelled great! Comfy bed with all the necessities for the time we were there. The area is a little sketchy but it’s gated and a security guard on site at all times, so it definitely helps. I never felt unsafe while there and I will recommend staying here again!

Aaron was extremely helpful throughout the stay. Place was as pictured and very clean. Looking forward to booking with Aaron again!

What can I say ?! Prince and his home is amazing . Very friendly and welcoming . Very informative about area . Me and my girlfriend felt safe and welcomed . The home looks exactly the same as pictures . Very clean and private , great location and great views from the bed room , living room and balcony . Will definitely be staying at Prince’s place again .

We over loved Trev's home. Very Spacious, looked exactly like the pics. we loved the balcony. There were a fully stock kitchen. All bedrooms was comftorable & appealing. 2mastersuites and 2 kitchens was a bonus. We didnt want too leave after our 3day stay. Trev was a great host.

James is an amazing host! Very responsive when I had any questions, I stayed long term for over 5 months and I can truly say he’s a great host. If I’m ever back in the Atlanta area I know where I’ll be staying!

We came to Atlanta for a quick visit to the aquarium and the zoo. The house met all of our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Lounging on the back patio was peaceful!! It was a major plus that the house provided a pac n play. We greatly appreciated Tim being very accommodating and responsive.

Ashley's place was beautiful. The house more than met our needs. The living room and bathroom are excellent. The extra AC UNITS and fans in the house helped too. It is an older place that has been renovated beautifully! The neighborhood was a mixed bag. People from all different walks of life, and we had no issues. We sat on the porch and relaxed on the last day there. There is a parking space in the back, but the neighbors do not like to "share" the driveway, so we just parked on the street. Plenty of street parking next to the house. Really close to everything, and the host was very communicative.

perfect getaway great location not 2 far from the city. The house makes you feel right at home and host is just great. Quick to respond and great at communication and very helpful. jacuzzi didn't work but besides that i had a ball. ty Marlon and keep being great

We had a great stay at Nicci’s place when we were in Atlanta for a wedding. The place is very big and the perfect size for 3 couples. The living room and kitchen are a great place to gather. One of the rooms is smaller than the other 2 but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. Quiet street and easy location to get to everything. Nicci was very communicative ahead of and during our stay! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home. Everything was clean and well stocked. Only caution I would make is driveway is shared with tenants in the house next door. Larger vehicles may find parking in driveway problematic. Clearer instructions on parking would be helpful. But our questions/concerns about parking were answered promptly. We appreciated the owner/property manager efforts to make our stay perfect.

This place was absolutely beautiful. It looked just like the pictures. The host was very responsive and the instructions for the maintenance of the house were very clear and easy to follow.
