Had a great stay! While a bit remote, the house was really nice and exactly as pictured. It’s in a quiet and peaceful location on the lake. Bob was responsive and has the house well stocked. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and getting out on and exploring the lake.

Rusty was a great host! Responded quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check in instructions were detailed and helpful. River's Edge Cabin was very clean, kitchen had the required essentials for basic cooking, etc. , and the basement was a plus - games! Fire pit in front of river was very peaceful! The BEST part was the VIEW! My favorite. Local amenities and activities if you love nature like we do! We were lucky to have found this gem in the beautiful and quaint town of Hayesville, NC! Overall a wonderful place, secluded just how we like it, and an excellent location for all you nature lovers! We would stay here again easily! 😊 ~Edda Miranda

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Jeremy's lake house! This freshly remodeled gem is a true 5-star retreat. The comfy beds, well-appointed amenities, and stunning lake views made every moment special. We loved the deck, cozy fireplace, spacious yard, and especially the upper screened-in patio and lower deck with dock access—perfect for soaking in spectacular sunrises. Kayaking, fishing, and lounging in the boho-chic macrame swings were highlights! The location is ideal, with great restaurants, grocery stores, and fun outings nearby. We enjoyed trail rides, a drive-through safari, and a charming visit to The Lavender Crow, a local tea shop and apothecary just 4 miles away. Jeremy’s thoughtful touches and exceptional care made our stay truly memorable. Book this lake house! You won’t be disappointed!

The home was very clean and comfortable and anything we needed was provided. It is quite spacious yet sitting in the living room at night with the gas fireplace turned on was so cozy. Sitting on the back porch was peaceful and serene - total bliss. Gloria is a wonderful host and I would recommend staying here and hope to again.

We had a great time at Dan And Michelle cabin. It was as described, very nice river front and great private backyard. Love to have our morning coffee at the river balcony. Kids loved the outdoor and indoor board games. Nice and clean inside, plenty of space, great decor. We loved the coffee space. Definitely will recommend.

The cabin has a cozy feeling and is located nice and secluded at the end of a neighborhood, with plenty of privacy. Due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the outside but the bonfire looks like a great place to sit outside with family or friends. When booking, we didn’t realize the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, although this did not bother us because it was just my wife and I. We would go definitely come back here. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

My family and I (8 total) spent a week at the Great Lake rental and loved everything about it. The home is beautiful and spacious and very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and the local recommendations of hiking, waterfalls and restaurants were spot on. We all had a wonderful week and look forward to a return trip in the future. Highly recommend this rental.
