This rustic cottage was the perfect amount of space. I wanted to be able to walk to the beach, glad I could bring my dog.

We stay in Seaside yearly, first time staying at the River Belle, as we needed a fourth bedroom. Location is perfect. Easy walk downtown or to the beach. Space in the home was ideal for 4 adults, 2 teens, 1 child and 2 toddlers. The outside amenities are excellent - shuffleboard, hot tub, deck area to enjoy the river etc. Peaceful and lovely area. Main negative aspects are in the house. It's airbnb with heavy use, of course we do not expect pristine like new amenities throughout. However, it does feel like time for a little interior work. Fridge had leaking issues, dining room table at one end and one chair were a bit rickety. Upstairs baby gate not safe, no way to attach to anything secure! King bed comforter had urine stain/smell and torn small pillow, probably from a previous pet. Housekeeping did not spot, we had to wash all the bedding before use. Overall though, pros outweigh cons by far -Vacasa Oregon was very prompt in responding to concerns. We would recommend!!!

We’ve stayed here many times and love the house as well as the location. Always great communication and clear instructions. This house has everything needed for a family getaway!

The stay and location was wonderful. The hosts were kind and very responsive making sure to check in regularly to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The home is gorgeous, comfortable, and a lovely walk to the local shops and beach. The beds were made and clean, there were plenty of blankets and amenities, and we had lots of fun completing some puzzles. Me and my now Fiance had an amazing trip and the home made it feel extra special. I recommend coming here at least once if you’re exploring Seaside!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The view was absolutely spectacular, and it was worth every penny spent. The walk to the beach and downtown Seaside was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. While the internet downstairs was a bit spotty, I reached out to Vacasa for support, and they were very responsive. Ultimately, we decided not to troubleshoot it, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It was nice to have a break from screens, especially with the grandkids— For those who enjoy puzzles like we do, I’d recommend bringing your own folding table. As noted in other reviews, the dining table is on the smaller side. However, it worked just fine for our group of six. We had no complaints—it fit the space perfectly! The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean, which we really appreciated. The house is a bit older, but with plenty of updates that give it a homey and relaxing feel. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy family time.

We had a group of ten and this place fit us comfortably. It had plenty of space which alleviates any sense of being overwhelmed with a crowd. Large dinner table, clean bedding, working laundry amenities, nice hot tub ;overall this place was perfect for our large family get away.

Perfect for our stay

We had another great stay at this large home 1-min walk from Chapman Beach. The house is large and very inviting and ideally located, though could use some small repairs to up the experience. Vacasa was very responsive with a few early issues and questions we had with the property. We walked to town, picked wild blackberries for pie and shared the roads with the local Elk herd. We also had the special experience of watching a group of 3 baby sparrows hatch and learn to fly from their nest on deck off the main bedroom. It was a very special trip.
