Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon. The Scenic Lodge has 700sf of decking with breathtaking views.  The spacious great room is perfect for a quiet getaway or family reunion. The chef’s kitchen has a 48” Zline gas stove, double oven, cast iron cookware and anything you need.  There is a gas grill for your use. The downstairs gameroom has something to entertain all ages.  The base rate is for up to 6 people. There are additional fees calculated in the reservation for additional guests up to the max 13 guests.
