Arts & Athletics is a functioning art gallery making works by local and regional artists accessible to anyone who stays in this brand new addition to a mid-century modern ranch home. The name comes from the base of the statue of Athena in downtown Athens. The decor references the goddess and her attributes with an updated Southern take on old-school European charm. Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t had any issues with noise, check out our reviews!

The apartment has a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Look out your window over the trees and walk to downtown, campus & shopping. The gazebo at the end of the driveway has a swing inside, and feel free to enjoy it!
