Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, modern, spacious and had a great layout. The building itself was also very clean and felt new throughout. We enjoyed the clubhouse amenities and rooftop views of the Ohio River and Louisville. Parking was easy and we really liked the nightly garbage valet pickup. The location can’t be beat. It was super close to Jeffersonville which was a nice area with restaurants and coffee shops. It was also 5 min away from downtown Louisville, and close to the Falls of Ohio State Park, which has an Interpretative Center, outdoor fossil beds, picturesque views, and a brand new playground near by.

This is the second time I have stayed and I'll be back again. Check in is easy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It's a hidden gem.

This place was absolutely amazing. They thought of everything honestly. Even the ice trays were filled. They had lots of cups glasses and plates. They also had cookware that you could use, which was really nice. The living room was great size with lots of games.The bedroom was a great size for a couple. The bathroom was a good size for the cost of the house as well as the laundry room. The only thing that I can say bad about this is that there was some type of leak coming from the fridge bottom shelf. And the bathroom, kind of smells like mold. But this place overall was extremely clean. Extremely nice hosts they told me where all the good local food is at as well as reassured me of the safety of the apartment itself. As I was staying alone for two days of my trip. They always responded very fast even late at night. It was great being able to lay down and have such soft sheets. I don’t know what kind they are, but they were amazing. I will definitely be booking again with them!

Absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, in a very safe and quiet location, and close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. It was a perfect home base for exploring the area, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

The house was compact yet spacious. The bathrooms were of a good size. The master bedroom had plenty of room for the 2 baby pack ‘n plays we had. Plus the room darkening curtains in the master helped a lot.

The house is a great staging place when visiting Louisville. It’s close to downtown and close to several restaurants on the Jeffersonville side of the river. While the view of the river was a bit disappointing, the easy access to the area make the house a great place to stay.

Highly recommend staying at The Peppermint Cottage! The location and house were great. Nicole was also very responsive and a great host. Will definitely be back!

We've stayed in a number of AirBNBs and this was one of our favorite. It's a very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated 3br 1.5ba with a ceiling fan and TV in every room. Shower has good pressure and plenty of heat. High speed fiber internet with 300mbps symmetric. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and stores within a short drive and less than a 20 minute drive to downtown Louisville. It also has parking for up to 4 vehicles with a parking spot that backs up almost right to the front door making it convenient to load and unload. There's a Keurig coffee maker that makes a pot of coffee, or you can bring your favorite K-cups. The bedrooms only have nightstands but there's no dressers or drawers to put clothes, but plenty of hangars in the closets.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years, it’s a great space and Tyler is a top notch host. The backyard sauna is always a welcome treat at the end of the day. Definitely recommend

Extremely clean and welcoming would 100% stay here again and plan to in the future extremely pet friendly yard was very well kept and nice neighborhood was quiet!! There was lots of cute, fun, restaurants, and local artwork in the community!!

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay with one exception, I ( not my husband), have a slight problem with sleeping on soft mattresses, and the mattress was no doubt typical and fine for someone who does not have lower back issue. My mattress at homet home

The place was a nice retreat from city life. The location was in a nice quiet area with barely any noise. When we arrived it was super clean and ready to be stayed in. Had everything we needed to stay for about a month. If you needed food or anything, Kroger is literally a minute drive from the location. Also want to give a shout out to our host, Katie. She is a amazing host, any questions or concerns I had were immediately answered. She is very kind and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Shelbyville. Wonderful place!

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

Great place for up to 5 persons, but still a great deal for as few as 1 person. Extra perks such as a record player, literature, and partial access to streaming services on the TV. Close to downtown by car, and pedestrian-friendly— lots of walking areas and nearby green space.

This place was spectacular! It's a great location with several restaurants & bars within walking distance. We stayed for a concert at the YUM center, very easy to walk to from John's place. Very homey & comfortable. John stocks the condo with many additional amenities such as snacks, beverages & bathroom necessities. It was a very nice touch & greatly appreciated. You can't go wrong with this Condo it offers a lot & has so many things to do within walking distance. Very good communication also.
