I have stayed here several times over the four years my daughter was in CMU. Lana is so sweet. She always leaves some homemade cookies for her guests and they are delicious. Her place is very clean and charming. It is quiet and a little out of the way but I like that. I like it so much that it is worth the extra 1/2 drive for us. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Front porch is a great place to have morning coffee. You will surely see deer in the field in front of the house. I highly recommend Lana's place:)

This place is great! The architecture of the house is very unique and the interior decoration is very cool. Showers are massive. Plenty of sleeping space. Large and comfortable bunk beds are big enough for adults. Christina has this place stocked with anything you might need. There’s games, puzzles, toiletries and amenities galore. Parking was very spacious. Garage provided a nice indoor/outdoor hangout for us. We went up specifically for the trails and we had a blast. The bar at the end of the road had good food and was fairly priced. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time. I stayed to celebrate my 50th birthday and the arcade game was the nostalgia I needed. Very spacious. It was just my husband and dogs but it would be great for a family adventure. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Quite and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. The lake is walking distance. It's a great value for sure.

Wonderful home! Super clean, stylish and located in a cute town! Host was very responsive when messaged and the home was exactly as described. A quick 15 minute drive to CMU. I wish we had more time to explore the town but the Cops and Doughnuts were yummy! Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here! The house was very nice and clean. It was a great visit with fishing, bonfires, kayaking and cornhole! Coffee on the porch with a view of the lake was very enjoyable.

The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We only stay one night and wished our stay was longer. Definitely if we get the chance would stay at this Airbnb again!

Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Super cute apartment unit! They had all the amenities, clear instructions, it was super clean and easy to check in and out of! Very nice! The host was super helpful with instructions and information before check in too!

We have stayed several times now. This place has a beautiful view of Lake Missaukee. They are always accommodating with check-in time. Check in and out was easy. Walking distance to restaurants. It had everything we needed. Host was very responsive.

Second year we have stayed here and its perfect for us during the hunting season. This place offers the comforts of home. We stayed four nights this year and the location is great for venturing over to evart where they have antiques and a restaurant in an old hotel. Lake george has the swiss inn for lunch or dollar general for browsing. Venture the country roads around clare and you will see horse and buggies. The best nights rest is at coles place though. The house rules are simple snd checking out is easy. The kitchen area is big and plenty of room for more than one cook. We would recommend this place to everyone except for the time when i would like to stay here

The cabin was exactly as described. All the amenities made it feel like home. I would stay again. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Would recommend for a small family or someone working in the area. Only drawback was the geese,ducks and turkeys next door that were a little loud.

I stayed at Mariann's lake house for a month while working remotely. It was gorgeous. The lake is beautiful and remote. Mariann is an excellent host and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, which was already provided in the house. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay! Between the lake acces, kayaks, outdoor darts, bags set, grill, fire pit, and walkable parks nearby, we had plenty of fun and relaxing activities to enjoy throughout the weekend. We felt at home in the space and had everything we needed to feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. We were thankful for the extra special touches (sparkling juice for our anniversary) and helpful supplies (first aid kit, coffee, creamer, snacks, fans, extra blankets, etc.). Things were clean and well taken care of. Thank you!
