Beautiful property, walk down a seaside garden pathway to the beach directly in the backyard. Walk the beach and enjoy a sunset or sunrise. The apartment has everything you need and fully equipped kitchen, there is also a series of markets and we had a great lunch at Robicheaus restaurant right up the road. You will love your stay at Dianne’s place.

this was my 2nd year staying there. Pierre is very helpful. went very much out of his way to help us out. I will be staying there again.

I rented Steve and Mary Ann’s Airbnb for my son and his girlfriend and they loved the accommodations, very comfortable and quiet… they said it was the best sleep they had during their vacation to Nova Scotia.

Easy to find. Great trails nearby. Whale watching was definitely the highlight. Hosts were helpful with recommendations and helped when we misplaced our car keys. Would recommend to stay if visiting Brier Island.

Yolanda’s Air bnb was a home away from home for my parents and I visiting Nova Scotia for 7 days. The home was very clean, had everything that we needed for a long stay. A great restaurant down the street - Frank and Dora’s is a must! I recommend the frank burger. Digby had a scallop fest the week we were down and is only 10 min away. Same as Walmart which is right beside the super store. The crows nest had the best seafood. The Digby pines had a great Friday ribeye dinner and golf course. So many memories and so much more to write. The road was a little busy with all the tourists out front of the house so you need to be careful while parking in the driveway or getting out. But there was a side driveway you could turn around in. Very happy we stayed here. Can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Perfect place to stay when exploring the really unique Briar Island…the house was comfortable and relaxing. Don’t miss out on watching the sunset near the lighthouse- spectacular!!

We stayed for three nights at this beautiful, almost brandnew home and liked it a lot. Everything was crystal clean, very cozy and quiet at night and day. The kitchen is very well equipped so we were able to prepare nice breakfasts and dinners. The bedroom and bathroom are both very spaceous as is the living room. The host Karina was absolutely friendly and also her dad, who was our neighbor. Karina prepared a very lovely welcome package with some treats – really really kind. Thank you for having us. We would come back anytime.

Every step of the way - John was a a great communicator, making sure we had all the information we needed for our visit and the surrounding area. His cozy get away, is surrounded by beautiful nature, very private and yet only 10 minutes from the town of Annapolis Royal with all the amenities. The open fireplace, with lots of DRY wood and kindling was a bonus as the weather was stormy during our visit. John also checked in with us a few times to make sure we could get in and out of the driveway during the storm. 2 lovely balconies would be perfect in the summer for sitting out and looking into the trees - and which we were able to use this trip for barbequeing in the snow storm:) Very dog friendly as located off the main road and km of trails right out the door for walking off leash or snowshoeing. Would absolutely return at any time of year!

Our stay at Jane's place was fantastic! It was even bigger than the photos made it look. We felt right at home and were able to use the well-equipped kitchen and BBQ to make our meals. It was a great home base for day trips into Bear River and Digby. The beach outside was incredibly private and perfect for beach combing. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay!! And we would return!!

I have been thinking what I would include in this review since we stepped foot on Ginny’s beautiful property. None of what I’ve thought about saying scratch the surface of how amazing the property is. The photos don’t do it justice! The property is in amazing condition and well appointed with comfortable linens and furniture. We particularly appreciated the abundant supply of dark towels to help with washing everything from sticky fingers to removing mascara. Ginny has thought of everything you could possibly need, want or need before we did. Everything you might need or want on a whim has been thoughtfully provided by Ginny. Oh, and on the topic of Ginny… a better host has never existed! They’re so thoughtful, proactive and kind. Thank you for such a lovely and relaxing stay. Our only regret is not spending more time at your lovely property.

We had a wonderful stay at Lu's property over the holidays. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed to feel at ease. The location was convenient, and the quiet, welcoming atmosphere was just what we were looking for. Lu was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and stress-free. Gorgeous property. Better than photos convey. Decor is very tasteful, bathroom large and beautiful shower. Everything was done thoughtfully and professionally. Hosts were very responsive and clear. We got some snow during our stay and they were on top of having everything shoveled. Stayed for Christmas while visiting family and couldn’t get over how cozy the place was. I felt like I was staying in the Nova Scotian version of Kate Winslet’s cottage from “the holiday”. Would be gorgeous in the summer too.

Karen's place is like home away from home for our pals' weekends away - well outfitted kitchen with a beautiful site on the Annapolis River across from Annapolis Royal, comfortable lounge and living areas, lots of great books to read and located in a charming little village. Karen is very responsible and is a great host - thanks again, Karen!
