L’appartamento è fantastico, perfetto per una coppia, fornito per tutte le esigenze. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere tutto a piedi, in quanto si trova nel cuore del centro di Firenze. Virginia è stata presente fin da subito, dandoci istruzioni e restando disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione questo alloggio per un prossimo viaggio sempre a Firenze! 🥰

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Siamo stati benissimo, l’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso e pulitissimo. La terrazza enorme offre la possibilità di godersi tempo in relax sia per adulti che per bambini durante la bella stagione. L’area giochi nell’area condivisa ha permesso ai nostri bambini di vivere un magico soggiorno ricco di divertimento. Chiara e Tommaso sono stati gentilissimi ed ospitali. Torneremo sicuramente

We stayed at Tiago’s place on a trip to Florence that was for both work and pleasure. The apartment was just as pictured and had everything we needed (including fast internet for telework!). From the moment we arrived, Tiago was friendly and communicative. The location is great - peaceful and calm but also a quick walk or bus ride to the city center. We arrived with our car and appreciated that there was plenty of free street parking right in front of the apartment. Highly recommend you stay with Tiago when you’re in Florence (don’t forget to try his ice cream at the shop next door - it’s great!). We hope to return again the next time we’re in Florence. Francesco's place was a great find. The location was just right; walking distance to every place I wanted to visit, but just enough off the very center to be less crowded. Also, I got to see the beautiful facade of the Bascilica di Santa Croce every time I walked out the door! There are some really good restaurants nearby; the famous gelateria, Vivoli, is steps away; and a short walk took me to the nearby supermercato. For those who want to eat in sometimes, as I did, though minimally-equipped, kitchen worked well to make simple meals with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a microwave). The apartment is not huge, but feels spacious with its high ceilings, and was comfortable for me staying both solo and as a couple. I stayed for four weeks, and I was happy to return to my little home away from home every day. Francesco was a great host, very accommodating, who checked in weekly to make sure all was well, and was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had.

Quel appartement ! Décoré avec goût, tous les équipements nécessaires et pleins de petites attentions très appréciées. Il est propre et calme, vous n'aurez plus envie de bouger. Daniela est très gentille et répond très vite à vos questions. Le "coup de cœur" est entièrement mérité 😊

Nos ha encantado estar en el alojamiento de Giuseppe. Desde el primer momento ha mantenido contacto con nosotros, incluso antes de llegar. El apartamento es incluso mejor que en las fotos: grande, bonito, espacioso y bien comunicado. ¡Nos hemos sentido como en casa! Giuseppe además nos ha puesto todo muy fácil: instrucciones de acceso a la casa con vídeos incluidos, recomendaciones locales… Además nos ofreció un detalle de bienvenida. Nos ha estado escribiendo durante nuestra estancia para ver que estaba todo correcto. ¡Si volvemos a Florencia nos encantaría volvernos a quedar en este alojamiento! Y se lo hemos recomendado a amigos y familiares. ¡Gracias por todo!

Andrea went above and beyond, meeting us downstairs to assist with our luggage, showing us around the apartment, and providing a helpful guidebook. The apartment was exceptionally clean and featured a full shower, a rare amenity. I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea's apartment to anyone visiting Florence.

We had a lovely stay at Torre Rossa early September. We were without car so walked the long driveway to the bus for outings to Florence and managed to get taxis easily back. The pool was great with gorgeous view of Florence. Our 3 year old enjoyed the cubby house and toys.

Ilaria fue una súper anfitriona Nos dejó el dpto súper completo No faltaba nada! Desde la cocina, ropa de cama, sábanas y cosas básicas de cocina y baño (jabón, crema, shampoo, condimentos, cápsulas de café, jabón de lavado, etc) El dpto era cómodo, tranquilo y silencioso. Ilaria siempre respondió y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones! Súper completo todo

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Simone hat uns persönlich begrüsst, sehr freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit, humorvoll, sehr gute Informationen zur Unterkunft und zu Florenz. Tipps zu aktuellen Veranstaltungen und zu wenig touristischen Orten in Florenz. Würden jederzeit gerne wieder bei ihm wohnen.

Location was very close to the tram that brings you to the city center. Neighbourhood was quiet and clean. Fabio responded to all questions very quickly.

Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

I had a wonderful stay at Louise Virginia Anna’s Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was convenient and peaceful, and Louise was a kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Alloggio pulito ed ordinato immerso nel silenzio e nella natura. Emanuele precisissimo e super gentile. Anche i nostri cani hanno apprezzato tanto, sono stati liberi di giocare e sicuri nel bel giardino recintato della casa. Da ripetere!

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Hospedagem agradável, casa ampla com todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia. Lugar tranquilo com uma vista incrível.
