Appartamento bellissimo e in posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere il lago che il centro storico di bolsena. Maurizio gentilissimo e disponibile.

Un soggiorno perfetto per chi cerca relax e natura! L’alloggio si trova a pochi passi dal lago, una posizione impagabile per chi ama passeggiare o semplicemente godersi il panorama. La tranquillità del luogo è un grande punto a favore, ideale per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato è l’area esterna attrezzata, perfetta anche per chi viaggia con il proprio cane. Inoltre, l’host Marta è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, permettendoci di lasciare la casa ben oltre l’orario di check-out, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rigenerante.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Lovely stay and such pleasant on site owners. Perfectly sized pool and great for families. Such wonderful countryside and facilities. Beautiful views and lake. Such friendly dogs that love to lie under the table. It was such a wonderful stay with much to explore and a beautiful house with lovely views from balcony. :) However Novasol were very slow in their communications.

Alberto è un host gentile e disponibile. Casa Bedelia si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare Capodimonte ed altri paesi che si affacciano sul Lago di Bolsena, come Marta e Bolsena, nonché Viterbo e Bomarzo. 5/5, grazie di tutto!

Soggiornare nell'alloggio di Paolo è stato davvero rilassante. Tutto era come descritto e la posizione davvero fantastica, a due minuti a piedi dal lago e poco distante da lidi e ristoranti. Un complimento particolare va alla disponibilità dell'host che ha sempre risposto velocemente e con gentilezza. Consigliatissimo

Starting with the characteristic alley leading to the stairways to the spectacular terrace, the apartment is great for a vacation on the lake. Sergio responded quickly to our changes of plans and just kept in touch. Enjoy your stay and raise a glass as you enjoy the view on your sky high perch.

Letizia’s Lakehouse is a real stunner, and I’ve seen more than a few. An incredible deal for the price, and just immediately welcoming and enchanting in equal measure. It is like visiting a great soprano’s retreat studio, full of artful touches and pleasing to the eye because— IT IS! We are already looking to return.

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casina di Tiro ed è stata una gran bella esperienza. La prima sera è finita la bombola del gas, non solo Giuseppe si è precipitato a sostituirla, ma ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino per scusarsi dell'inconveniente. Che dire? Crediamo che non avremmo potuto trovare un host migliore.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr schön! Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Abend gereinigt. Obwohl man sich den Pool mit drei weiteren Wohnungen teilt, war es immer sehr ruhig und angenehm in der Unterkunft. Unser Highlight war außerdem der Pizzaofen mit dem wir sehr leckere frische Pizza gemacht haben!

Miejsce z niesamowitymi widokami, na zachód słońca i konie które przychodzą pod sam płot domu. Dom wygląda tak jak na zdjęciu, jest w pięknej spokojnej okolicy. Komunikacja z gospodarzem była bardzo dobra. Byliśmy w maju, więc w tym okresie jeszcze nie ma takich upałów. Dom jest chłodny, co może być wadą w tym okresie. Nad ranem i wieczorem było trochę zimno. Piękne wnętrze w stylu vintage. Miły koszyk powitalny z produktami.

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

Casale bellissimo con giardino curatissimo. Vista lago/campagna circostante spettacolare. Tutto pulito. Cucina ben fornita. Letti comodi. Consigliatissimo!

Jeg har lige holdt min 60 års fødselsdag i huset. Det har været helt fantastisk. Billederne yder slet ikke området retfærdighed. Der er SÅ smukt. Det fungerede perfekt for os. Vi var 8 (6 voksne og 2 børn). Jer er temmelig sikker på, at vi vender tilbage igen en anden gang❤️😊.

I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili. La location ha rispettato appieno le nostre aspettative. Adattissimo per due coppie di amici e/o una famiglia in quanto gli spazi sono confortevoli e la presenza di due bagni con doccia (nuovissimi, come il resto della casa) facilità la convivenza. Consigliatissimo.

We had wonderful week at Monika's and Pino's property. The houses, garden and pool are unbelievably beautiful and superbly maintained, it is truly a green oasis in the middle of the lovely village. Both Pino and Monika were very welcoming and supernice hosts. They showed us around the area and were just lovely to be around. The villages around San Lorenzo di Nuovo were also well worth the visit, displaying some of the remarkable etruskan buildings and heritage. We can highly recommend staying here, you will enjoy every minute of it. Thank you, Monika and Pino, for such a lovely holiday.

So ein wundervolles Haus in einer herrlichen Lage! Wir haben eine prima Woche in Diegos Haus verbracht, in dem es uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt hat. Ganz besonders erwähnenswert: der Kamin, die tolle Küche und die 100%ige Sauberkeit von allem. Und natürlich: der Pool! 1.000 Dank, Diego!

Una graziosa casina fronte lago di Bolsena. Completamente recintata e ad uso esclusivo con solo campi attorno ( nessun vicino). Ottimo quindi se si hanno cani come noi. Completa di tutto: lenzuola, asciugamani, olio, sale,zucchero e anche le padelle e pentole per cucinare. C’è anche una tettoia sotto la quale mettere la macchina. Claudia davvero gentilissima e super disponibile. Un alloggio stra consigliato :)

Sally‘s huis is erg mooi, is mooi ingericht, erg ruim, en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. De keuken is ruim, genoeg plaats om heerlijk te koken, en het terras is fantastisch om het uitzicht en ook de sterrenhemel te genieten. Sally‘s broer Mac is een goede aanspreekpartner, altijd bereid te helpen of goede tips te geven. De locatie is erg goed, vanuit hier kun je de Toscane en Umbrië ontdekken. Een aanrader!
