This is an older house with lovely jarrah boards and high ceilings. Each bedroom was large and private. Having a gate plus locked door gave extra privacy and security. The kitchen and bathrooms were heritage but they were clean and everything functioned well - hot showers, working kitchen with all you could wish for to self cater. The linen and towels were good quality. We were only there for two nights but a week would be bliss. Host was proactive, responsive and helpful.

Beautiful views from living areas, homely feel, great location to walk to beach, cafes, pubs & shops. Great host.

We loved Claire's place. It was perfect for us as a family and felt spacious and luxurious with more than everything we needed. It was a great location for us, close to people and places we wanted to visit. The kids loved the games and big TV and outdoor area and we loved the spaciousness, lovely sheets, extra blankets, good quality kitchen and kitchenware, coffee pods, desk space and overall ambience. I loved having my cup of coffee out in a comfy chair under the patio. Highly recommend.

When I booked this property I thought it could be too good to be true, but it was better! The furnishings are stylish, location is ideal for a beachside getaway, the linens are luxurious, the glassware is plentiful and quality, the beds are comfortable, there are huge modern wardrobes for your belongings, quiet ceiling fans, a good selection of board games and books, and the guest groceries were very thoughtful and unexpected. The host also accommodated a special request to make our stay even more comfortable for our needs. We have loved every moment of staying at this property and thank you for allowing us to call this great property home for two amazing weeks.

Sarah’s house is absolutely perfect for families looking for a place to stay in Perth. Although we only had a very short stay, I could imagine it would be perfect to set up here for a good chunk of time. My 2 kids loved the extra little kids items like books, toys, swing and trampoline. The house is an older style but has had some modern updates and still felt very cosy and welcoming. If I’m ever back in Perth I’ll be snatching up this home again.
