Good place to stay and closed to bus stop and train

We had a fantastic stay in Melbourne. The house was perfect for a family, in a great location and a lovely outdoor area. It was close to the tram, shops, botanical gardens ( st,kilda’s). We would definitely come back. Thanks Tara for a brilliant stay.

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

The house was great, walking distance to public transport and shops. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. A great space to enjoy time together.

When we first stumbled upon Andrew’s place on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. We needed somewhere for a longer term rental as we were relocating from the UK. Andrew answered all of our questions, provided us with a floor plan and additional photos to assist us with our choice. He was super helpful, honest and friendly and put us at ease, instantly.

The house is just perfect - very clean, modern but homely, comfy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The bed is super comfy, en-suite shower superb and the living room balcony excellent. Location is incredible - close to the beach, Elwood Sourdough (delightful!), 10 mins walk to Acland Street, 15 mins in the opposite direction to Ormond street shops - Great for our 3 month stay. Enjoyed our stay in Richmond. Erika & Chris’s place is a spacious, modern apartment down a quiet alleyway. Has all the amenities needed, and is within walkable distance to both West Richmond and North Richmond train stations, as well as nearby bus & tram stops.

Ann place was fantastic for my family. It was in a great location within walking distance to several amenities, train, tram, shops, cafes. The house itself was as described. Plenty of room for my group of 7. House was exactly as described- spacious and clean. Ann was extremely helpful when I had an issue with Airbnb. She was also able to answer any question and assist with a request! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your place!

The place is quite and peaceful

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The owners Henry and Vanessa are incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel right at home. They even went above and beyond by cooking delicious pancakes for our breakfast. They also gave us great suggestions for sightseeing spots. Their daughter is absolutely lovely. Additionally, the location is very convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy stay!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The hosts Mai and Khan were attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was exactly as depicted in the photos, and it served as the perfect starting point for my new life in Australia. I will always cherish a special sentiment attached to this place. The house was very beautiful and clean. It made our stay in Melbourne wonderful. Near Hughesdale train station and Chadstone mall is a 10-15min walk away. Hosts were also very responsive. Would stay here again.

we booked Xiaoxiao place for our guests as a convenient home with space for family gatherings. the pictures are real. the house is very peaceful with great walks around the place. the host was extremely helpful and responsive with the few issues we had. they fixed things straight away. our guests we very pleased with the property. thank you.

A modern and spacious apartment in the heart of leafy Elwood. Easy walking distance to the St Kilda Botanical Gardens, beaches and local cafes. Getting to the CBD is relatively easy, whether driving or using public transport.

Beautifully designed space at a great location. Despite the many doors/gates to get through and occasional crying from a child next door, it was comfy and cosy, everything was clean when we checked in, and it’s a relatively quiet area. Woolies next door, with multiple cafes and restaurants along the road. Kyle and Anastasia were extremely kind and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a lovely and convenient space away from all that bustle.

Nick was a fantastic host. Great communicator, very flexible and accommodating. His instructions were great and he also provided very useful information and recommendations for our time in Melbourne. The accommodation was in a great location, close to public transport restaurants, cafes, nice walks and the city. Will definitely stay there again should we visit Melbourne and can highly recommend both Nick as a host and his accommodation.

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cara’s. She was super quick to reply & very friendly. The location of the place is fantastic, walkable distance to heaps of cute bars. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. Beautiful sunny sitting area to enjoy when we were home :) Will be recommending for friends for future stays!

Peter was a great host and the place was very very good. We enjoyed the spa, pool and the space. House is very well done and is good modern design.
