Such a beautiful home and a real treat to be able to stay there, offered a very relaxed atmosphere with great amenities and a very lovley breakfast Sophie and her husband were very welcoming and so accommodating especially as we had delays on our journey and arrived much later than planned. I was travelling with friends to enjoy an evening at Newmarket Racecourse and we all enjoyed our stay very much and said we would definitely come back again

Janet and her husband run an excellent establishment. Attention to detail was really good from the communication we had before arriving, organising a taxi and then tea and cake in the garden! The breakfast was yummy and again service warm and welcoming. Highly rate the stay!

My family and I stayed in the suite at the guest house. Everyone slept well, and the shower was nice and warm. The wireless internet didn't reach the suite, but was available in the main house, where we were welcome to sit for the evening. Breakfast was provided and was excellent and had a wide variety of options including a full English. Our hosts were very hospitable and helpful when we needed to find food and also when my wife suffered an allergic reaction. All in all, we would definitely come back next time that we're in the area.

This was our second stay and we had a very nice relaxing time again, greeted on arrival with delicious tea and cake and made to feel very welcome. We had a fantastic meal on the first night cooked by the very talented Louise and a beautiful cooked breakfast each morning, highly recommend place to stay and hopefully we will come again.

Great house, lovely host and delicious breakfast

Every year we come and stay near Halesworth to visit family. We must have tried 8 different B&B’s but finally we have found one we love. Hall Farm is the most idyllic place to stay - beautiful house and gardens and very friendly and helpful hosts - and a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and eggs from their chickens. We will be back next year!

What an amazing find, superb location, peaceful, classy and very comfortable. All the staff were very nice/helpful/friendly and the food couldn't have been better. Sadly no bath in our room but a great nights sleep on a gorgeous bed. Took a lovely country walk opposite the property and ended up going three miles round which was nice to explore the countryside.

Wir sind noch mal gekommen,weil es uns sehr gefallen hat. Der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr unkompliziert. Zudem ist die Lage perfekt. Nicht weit vom Cambridge Bahnhof und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Straßenseite. Um die Ecke Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, niedliche Cafés. Das ganze britische Flair halt. Danke

Wonderful little B&B situated on the island, Victoria was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was particularly delicious (with plenty of options) and watching the ducks and chickens roaming the garden provided great entertainment! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect location for our visit to The Spa Pavilion to see a show. Both Jo & Christian very welcoming & helpful. Accommodation was fantastic, spotless & provided everything we needed for our stay. Kitty was the most welcoming and friendly host. I loved Halesworth and could walk to the centre within 25 mins or drive there within 5 mins. I stayed for the INK festival and it was an ideal location. The bed was comfy, I enjoyed all the books and classic surroundings. The shower was great and bathroom very clean. Enjoyed the herb teas on offer in the room and biscuits. It was a blissful place to stay and Kitty helpfully offered recommendations. I’d like to stay there again next year.

sehr schönes Zimmer (mit toller rückenfreundlicher Matratze) in einem wirklichen liebevollen Zuhause. Garten konnte aufgrund der Witterung leider nicht genutzt werden, aber sollte man das Glück haben, hier an ein paar sonnigen Tagen zu verweilen so ist dies sicher nochmal ein echter Gewinn. Nasreen was extraordinarily welcoming. She gave me my choice of room and in the morning offered coffee and my choice of toast, fruit, cereal, and porridge for breakfast, joining me in a very pleasant conversation at the kitchen table. Her comfortable home is also conveniently located -- about a 6-minute walk from a stop for the bus to Audley End rail station and just over 15 minutes’ walk to picturesque Market Square. There is also a nearby Tesco where one can get microwaveable meals. Check-out was easy. Highly recommended for a relaxing and economical stay!

Exceptional hosts, wonderful, cozy, clean, and peaceful place, great countryside walks on your doorstep and restaurants and shops in walking distance. Accommodation was spacious and we had everything we could think of, even though the shower room is quite small, it serves its purpose well. Elaine couldn’t do more for us and we really enjoyed our stay with her and Teg. The breakfast really is out of this world and the attention to detail in everything Elaine does is something to be experienced. Hopefully will come back! Many thanks for everything Elaine and Teg.

Absolutely loved staying at the DeVere House! It was a dream come true and the room was perfect! The host, Jane was very welcoming and so friendly! I felt right at home here and was sad to leave. It’s a quaint and quiet place to relax and explore the town.

Staying at Tim's house was truly special. From the moment he welcomed us into his beautifully decorated home we felt so comfortable. Our bedroom was just amazing with everything you could possibly need plus extras that were very much appreciated. Tim is a wonderful host and he treated us to the most spectacular breakfasts. Although the house is within easy walking distance of the town centre it was very quiet. We can't recommend Tim highly enough and we would love to come back.

Caroline and Rob are wonderful hosts that go above and beyond for their guests , they are friendly and welcoming and are happy to help with any issues. We stayed at their place while attending latitude festival which is conveniently only 10 minutes away . Communication with Caroline was excellent from the moment we booked . She very kindly let us checking in early so we could get ready for the festival . The house is in a quiet charming neighbourhood , the garden is beautiful with the most stunning views over the fields. The room where we stayed was very quiet , we had a much needed good night sleep. Great Airbnb experience, highly recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Suffolk.

I cannot recommend staying here more. Its such a lovely place. Lovely area- lots of places to visit nearby. Unfortunately the Yurt was closed but Priscilla recommended the Westleton crown down the road (<5 min drive). Its very good value for money. Priscilla made our stay lovely and was very flexible. She put out a lovely breakfast included in the price. Its such great value. I cant think of any flaws. Thanks Priscilla!
