We had a wonderful stay at Abi’s house. The location is fantastic with excellent places to eat and drink nearby. An off-leash doggo park just a short walking distance. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhoods, even the cool breeze in those hot summer days all make this place so awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all friends and family.

We had a great week at this Mosman property. The location is excellent—quiet, convenient, and just a short walk to the shops and not far for the beech. The house was clean and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Would happily stay again.

What a wonderful house, a few moments from the beach and really easy to get to from the train stop. It worked perfectly for our group of friends from the UK and OZ who were meeting up. The location at Cottesloe is beautiful and the house had everything we needed, the photos don’t actually do it justice, it’s bigger and better. We also took advantage of the 7 seater car hire which worker perfectly for us. We loved it and would love to go back.

Nicole’s place was perfect for our needs. Incredibly central, all venues in Fremantle within walking distance, noise levels were accurately described, fantastic location for groceries and coffee literally right out the front door. Parking was easy, plenty of room to spread out, beautiful styling, and the most awesome art tv! Couldn’t have been more pleased, lots of great memories made here. Thank you!

Close to all the shops and Adventure World for the family. Nice quiet spot to relax, will be back again in the near future.

Nathan ist ein absolut cooler und entspannter Eigentümer,er wird dir nicht nur über die Unterkunft erzählen ,sondern auch wie man am besten in Perth herumkommt etc . außerdem hat er eine echt nette Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren preis. Wer ein Auto oder Moped hat ist auch mit der Lage absolut bedient nur als Gäste zu Fuß kann es manchmal anstrengend sein etwas zu unternehmen ,jedoch sagt dies nichts über Nathan und seine Angebote aus . weiterführend gab es Verständnis für eigene Makel und es wurde immer höflich wenn nötig appelliert an bestimmte Sachen die verbessert werden sollten. Als letztes will ich noch sagen dass ich jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen kann wenn man denn auch die Betten füllen kann, man kommt absolut auf seine Kosten und manchmal wird man sogar mal mit einem netten kalten Getränk von Nathan belohnt . Würde wieder dahin gehen wenn ich erneut nach Perth fahren würde. Danke nathan !

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Our stay in Julie's home away from home was more than perfect! We loved everything. Suited 4 adults well, the beds were amazing. We made the most of the swimming pool over the warmer days. Bbq by the pool was a handy alternative for cooking our meals. Loved the garden and seating on the deck and veranda to our house. Airconditioning worked beautifully. The house had everything you could ask for, It really felt like home.

The place grew on us over our stay and suited our need for space and several beds for the family. We were a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and tidiness for example, the leaves at the front door, was messy, piled up and there was many cobwebs. There is a tree house where by no means is suitable for anyone to be using it, maybe would be safer to pull it down and I found it unusual for an Airbnb not to have full bathroom accessories such as full containers of hand wash and body wash. Most of the windows didn't shut properly. The back decking balustrade was not connected to the house and a child's high chair was placed to hide this safety issue. It was also disappointing that we had to find the cleaning products to clean the outside table as it was thick with dirt and we had to wipe over the benches and dishwasher as this was not cleaned properly. However Tamieka's Place worked well once we settled in. Maybe some TLC is needed to spruce up the place for Airbnb purposes.

My husband and I stayed here with his elderly parents for a week. It was the perfect place for us. There is a beautifully appointed kitchen with all that was required to cook our meals. The beds and bedding were comfortable in large bedrooms. We particularly loved that there was nooks throughout the house that we could each find a space to retreat. We had a car and found the location to be convenient to visit tourist destinations in all directions. There is a shopping centre 5 minute drive away or if you are like us and don’t mind walking, then it’s an easy 20 minutes. It’s set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We would recommend Maureen’s lovely home

Location location location!!!!! Was fantastic about 20 steps to the water. Coffee shop on a corner and fish and chips on the other corner. Was very handy to get kids hot chips when you arrive late in the day. House was so beautiful. So much space and lovely furnishings. Extremely comfortable beds and such a nice area, with stunning houses everywhere. I could definitely live here!

Simone hosts an amazing location that is very private and has all the amenities you could need within a 5 minute drive down the road. The rooms are comfortable and the living room a great space to relax with friends. The only thing that could possibly be improved is the lighting, as it was a guessing game (often fun one at that) as to what switches were meant for certain lights haha. All in all we loved the location and would 100% recommend this place to anybody. Thank you Simone!

We had a great stay at Sofia’s place in Hamilton Hill! The location was perfect – close to everything we needed – and the house itself was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Communication with Sofia was easy and smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful air bnb, it has everything you would want/need during a trip. It is in excellent location. There are many lovely place within walking distance to get food and a drink. The good public transport links made it easy to get around Perth. The best part is it it's 2 minutes from a beautiful beach, perfect location to enjoy sunset/sunrise swims!
