Great ventilation great lighting and great styling of furniture and decor. Peaceful place for friends to gather along with the perfect location, just close enough to the city. Megan was responsive and very helpful, 10/10 experience overall!

Place was lovely…. Perfect for our group stay over Easter…. Easy walking distance to some lovely cafes / pubs so we ate out quite a lot. Really spacious house and big backyard. Jo was very responsive to any questions. Thank you

This apartment is fabulous. Beds are so comfy and great to have 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets when we had 6 people staying. The location is great as lots of restaurants on O’Connell st and easy access to public transport or you can walk into the city easily. Tuan was great with communication. Always so prompt and allowed me to get flowers delivered to the house before we checked in as the next day was a public holiday. The perfect host! Would highly recommend and will stay again. What a beautiful old bluestone house located in a lovely, quiet, southeastern corner of the city. It has plenty of room, all the amenities you need for your stay and very comfortable beds. It is close to great restaurants, cafes, pubs and a supermarket. We were in Adelaide for the fringe festival and Writer's week and it was a 15-20 minute walk or a very easy commute by Ubers. There's also lots of e-scooters if you use them. The house was a beautiful sanctuary after busy, loud days at the Fringe. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Rosie’s house.

Loved our stay and will definitely be back! Excellent location close to restaurants, cafes, coffee and bars in easy walking distance and the inclusion of parking was very convenient! The house had everything we could need for a week away, was very generous in space and comfortable for our group of 6. Communication from Jessie and her team was excellent and very responsive. Clear instructions received for check in/out made everything run smoothly. Thanks for a great place to stay while in town!

Nice little apartment. It is located in a nice area very close to the main sights. The area is quiet. We only stayed one night before flying out next day so it was perfect.

The accommodation was in a great location with easy walking distance or free public transport to destinations within the CBD. Green spaces right across the road were great for the kids to run around. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a carpark was everything we needed. The accommodation was also child-friendly with a lack of breakables but plenty of cushions to build a fort in the lounge room. While quite a large accommodation complex, we didn’t hear the neighbours but they might have heard our kids. Andrew was very helpful with local eatery recommendations, offers of early access and late check-out, and thoughtful welcome treats. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely amazing place so central walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars, casino and Adelaide Oval. Place very clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

Great place to stay, nice big apartment with big bedrooms, bathrooms were a little small. Very centrally located, which has the downside of being on a main road so you get some traffic noise, it really wasn't a problem though. Huge TV + a TV in the main bedroom. The AC's did make some noise, like the fans were squeaking as they spun, if this kind of thing bothers you it might be a problem. The shower could also use more water pressure, this wasn't to much of a problem either though. If you're looking for a good place to stay in the center of Adelaide I fully recommend it

Cath's place is in an awesome location. Handy to great food & drink venues + public transport as well as North Terrace, the cultural heart of Adelaide. The apartment is modern, clean & well equipped. Everything you will need is here. Highly recommended.

The apartment was well decorated, with good amenities . It had a comfy bed and nice touches to welcome one. It is on the second floor so if you are elderly (like us) there is no lift to help with baggage. Also if you are not an early riser (we are), you will hear planes. We enjoyed our stay and Marilyn responded very quickly to any query.

We would highly recommend this apartment. Hera was accommodating even when we decided to stay an extra night. Nothing was too much trouble. Her communication was great and she was very knowlgeable about the local area. We particularly liked the care Hera put into her welcome which included fresh flowers, chocolates, bubbles and fruit. Thank you Hera, we will see you again.

This was our second stay at Deborah's lovely apartment. It is a lovely environment, equipped with all that we need for a comfortable stay. The location is easy walking distance to cafes, pubs and shops. Also, great access to Adelaide Oval and the city. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again. Loved our stay! Mason was incredibly responsive and kindly gave us extra time for check-out, making our departure much more relaxed. He also provided really helpful info about parking options for our hire car, which was much appreciated. The apartment is in a central location—perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

One of the best ever :) We have been using Airbnb for many years; & Deb’s property is one of the best we have ever stayed at. So thoughtful with little extras; which was very appreciative. The layout and cleanliness of her property was first class. Communication with Deb was easy and all instructions easy to follow. We would gladly re book this property. Very close to the Rundle Mall, Botanical Gardens & Adelaide Oval just a 20 minutes walk away.

The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

Instructions were easy to follow, located near Rundle mall plenty of food choices to choose from. Place was well presented and communication between host was great.

This was the second time that we have stayed at M & Ms. They are wonderful hosts, the location is excellent for walking around or catching buses and being an apartment, there is a lot of space to spread out. We highly recommend the apartment and the excellent hosts.

Ian was a fantastic host. His communication and information was very clear and well thought out. We were there for a basketball tournament and the central location suited us extremely well. The walk up the street become a ritual in the mornings for a coffee. The place met our expectations with space and the basic essentials in the fridge and on the bench were of great use. The place was clean and tidy and well suited for our family of 4.
