Bon logement, conforme et adéquat pour une nuit, au sous sol d une maison familiale. Le seul point à savoir est que si vous mesurez plus d'1m85 environ, vous toucherez presque le plafond ! 🙂

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Mooie locatie in een rustig dorp. Ideaal voor wandelingen (opletten in het jachtseizoen!) Parking voor 3 wagens, modern comfortabel huis met de nodige voorzieningen. De verhuurder was helder in zijn communicatie.

Onze jaarlijkse 4-daagse familieuitstap was meer dan geslaagd, mede dankzij de zeer goed onderhouden, praktische én zeer smaakvol ingerichte woning, waar alles aanwezig was wat je nodig hebt. Van koffiemachine tot gourmettoestel, BBQ-systeem, 2 koelkasten, .... In de omgeving zijn tevens mooie, toegankelijke wandelingen te doen. Én in de streek vind je zeer mooie oude hoeves, woningen, gebouwen, ... Ook de gastheer is ongelooflijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam, bereikbaar, ... Kortom één van onze beste verblijven sinds lange tijd!

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

Zeer aangenaam ruim verblijf. Modern maar gezellig. 2 badkamers is een meerwaarde. Ruime slaapkamers. Keuken met alles erop en eraan. Ikzelf verkies een kofiemachine ipv een senseo maar dat is een persoonlijke keuze. Prachtig gelegen in een zeer rustige wijk. Genoeg winkels in de buurt en vanalles te beleven. Wijzelf zijn met de vespa gaan rijden, de Misery brewery bezocht, te voet naar Durbuy en als kers op de taart gaan eten bij Wout Bru. Dus voor elk wat wils. Top verblijf!

Wat een heerlijk huis voor 8 personen. Fijne ruimtes, schoon, lekkere bedden, goede keuken en een prachtige omgeving. Wij hebben genoten.

Le logement d'Olivia et Eric fait partie des plus beaux Airbnb qu'il m'ait été donné de voir ! Chaque détail est pensé avec goût, et l’ensemble est aussi chaleureux que raffiné. La salle de bain est magnifique, et la chambre sous le toit est particulièrement cosy avec son petit coin salon/télé, parfait pour se détendre. Tout le nécessaire pour boire un verre est disponible, ce qui est très appréciable. De plus, les restaurants avoisinants sont tous agréables, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant. Un véritable coup de cœur, je recommande sans hésiter !

We kijken terug op een paar zeer ontspannende dagen in Gîtes Doyard, ofwel het verblijf van verhuurder Bert. Het contact is van begin af aan al goed, de woning ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, de ligging is werkelijk fantastisch. De groot aangelegen tuin, waar zich in afgeschermd gebied de riante jacuzzi bevind, nodigt tijdens mooie lente dagen uit om de hele dag in door te brengen. Maar bezoek ook vooral de omgeving: Houffalize, Bastogne (indrukwekkend oorlogsmuseum) Durbuy en La Roche zijn enkele aanbevelingen. Ook wij sluiten ons aan in het rijtje terugkerende bezoekers voor dit fijne vakantiehuis in de Ardennen. Merci Bert!

Pour une première expérience BnB, je n'ai pas du tout été déçu. Sergio est un hôte amical, souriant, toujours à votre écoute et avec qui vous pourriez parler pendant des heures. L'appartement est propre, à proximité des magasins et dans un coin très calme de la ville. La seule petite ombre au tableau (mais qui est totalement indépendante de Sergio) est la pénibilité de l'ouverture des serrures. On peut y passer parfois plusieurs minutes avant de réussir à ouvrir l'une des 2 portes obligatoires pour accéder à son chez-soi. Il est urgent que le propriétaire de l'immeuble intervienne. Sur ce, j'ai bientôt une bière à boire avec Sergio :-)

Faye a été extrêmement arrangeante (encore merci). L’appartement est super bien situé et la place de garage est un plus indéniable pour Louvain.
