Apartment was well cared for, cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. Real plants were a nice touch and we enjoyed the view from the 18th floor. Location was not the most charming part of the city but very walkable. I would not recommend this place for families traveling with small children because they would not help us arrange for a travel crib. Instead they recommended a nearby rental service that was then closed for the days we were visiting. This led to 3 nights of poor sleep!

This apartment was lovely - exactly what was shown in the photos. Top floor views were beautiful. Across the road from a lovely park with playground and easy access to subway. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Pretty basic accommodation, but worked well for what we needed. 5-minute drive from the parking area at Grand Hirafu, which seemed to be the best of the 4 base areas at Niseko. Shower was a little funky, but once we figured it out the water pressure was strong and plenty of hot water. It was just my son and me, so we had simple needs, but I would definitely stay there again as a skiing crash pad with other guys. I would not, however, bring a wife/girlfriend/fiance or anyone else that wouldn't be happy with simple and basic accommodations.

Our group had an amazing time at this Airbnb! We loved the view from the top floor and all the listed amenities. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was so clean as well and of course they provided little house slippers for everyone. We loved the onsen room as well. It doesn't really look like it in the picture, but 4 adults can fit in there. The ski locker room was incredibly nice too. There are boot warmers for the whole building and a place to lock up your skis. The room is super warm too so no worries about leaving stuff overnight. Another amenity that wasn't listed was the car service the property provides. They drove us around Hirafu and while it's mostly walkable, getting dropped off at the lifts every morning felt magical. There were a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby as well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to a group visiting Niseko!

家にあるものは全部記載通りの内容でとってもわかりやすいです。ベッドも自分にとって硬さが丁度からぐっすり眠れました。且有名な観光地も全然歩けるレベルで、周囲もコンビニやスーパーがあるので、買い物も簡単でした。

This was a lovely little place! It’s good we had three beds because sharing one bed with another person would be challenging. Very, very comfortable and would totally stay again!

The place is amazing. Two bathrooms so if you're traveling with a family you wouldn't need to fight for it. On the opposite end of the road was a local supermarket and Aeon so you could get groceries or anything needed urgently. It was also a short walk away from the train station (with elevator for those in need). House is clean, had everything you need (washer and drier were great cause we had a longer stay), beds and futon were nice, and the place is spacious so everyone could easily open their luggage to pick out stuff. Only a few things to take note: 1. if you get assigned the 2F, there is no lift so you might have a workout carrying your luggages upstairs. 2. the sheets were great but the pillows weren't the most comfortable. 3. check out is 10am so if you're used to later check outs might have to set your alarm With that said, thank you for a wonderful stay at your place and would totally recommend this to other people traveling as a family/group

Simple and easy check-in process, lodging was very clean and had great amenities. Gorgeous view of the river and central location made it easy to get around downtown Sapporo. Easy to get to from the airport via bus drop off one block away. Will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at the Snow Crystal penthouse unit. Special thanks to Tara and Charles who made it even special, they gave restaurant recos and accommodated all our needs. On the 2nd day, they even gave us a cake for my mom’s bday. It was very thoughtful. The unit was very homey, it has everything we need. We will comeback again in the future.

가격대비 매우 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 스스키노 거의 바로 옆이고 시내로 나가기 엄청 편합니다. 청결상태도 좋아서 재방문한다면 또 예약할것 같네요
