Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

This is a two story townhome. The living room, kitchen, and half bathroom are on the first floor, and the bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second level. There is a patio with a barbecue grill and a grassy common area. There is a small playground on the property with nice parks nearby.

One cozy bedroom and bathroom with a queen size bed and streaming TVs, and a comfy twin size air mattress if needed! Spacious living room & full kitchen stocked for cooking. Sam’s Place II-Pet friendly retreat with porch

This 1920s charmer gives you the entire top unit to yourself! It’s 850 sq ft and sleeps up to 6. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy mornings and evenings on the large covered porch with comfy seating. Centrally located—just 2 min to ISU, 4 min to the hospital, 19 miles to Pebble Creek Ski Resort, and minutes from hiking and biking trails. Enjoy your stay in Pocatello!

It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
