Αποτελείται από δύο δωμάτια, στο ένα υπάρχει ένα μονό κι ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και στο άλλο μία μικρή κουζίνα και ένα διπλό κρεβάτι. Το διαμέρισμα είναι νεόδμητο 30 τ.μ., με άνετους χώρους και βεράντα. Δε δεχόμαστε κατοικίδια (υπάρχουν 3 σκυλιά και 5 γάτες στο χώρο).
