T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Hydrangea Hideaway Studio Oasis

You will be close to everything, only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. There will be cold beverages in the fridge for you if you would like. **This is for a 1 bedroom basement studio with private entrance, 1st floor is occupied by the host or tenant. *Pets can be considered on a case by case basis…please message host for more details.*

In the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, guests are only one mile from the Appalachian Trail, and some the most beautiful hiking in the state, including Cascades Falls, are only a short drive away. Additionally, the New River, with its kayaking, canoeing, boating and tubing, is only 20 minutes away.

This three-story yurt is an architectural wonder, featuring bamboo floors, heat and a/c and other modern amenities. Situated on 3 private acres at the top of an end-state-maintenance road with streams and hiking paths, the property exemplifies the beauty and diversity of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Watch for wildlife including deer, rabbit, fox, black bear, and wild turkey. On a clear night stargaze and even take in views of the Milky Way. Recent renovations include new flooring and updated bathrooms. Four miles from I-81, and convenient to Radford University, Claytor Lake State Park, and Virginia Tech.

You will also be a short drive from Radford's parks and trails, local wineries and breweries, tubing and golf, and only 20 minutes to Virginia Tech.

You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.
