This place was perfect for us--everything worked and was clean. This space had 3 bedrooms so our grand kids could stay w/ us, even had a garage we could store a relative's bike in, absolutely beautiful garden and yard where i could play games w/ grand kids and their friends. The inside was also very attractive and comfortable. We were even able to access Netflix so we could watch some movies w/ our grand kids. Lots of closet space and a heater in bathroom. Angela was extremely warm, friendly, flexible, responsive and communicative. If availability allows, we would definitely want to rent Angela's place again and highly recommend it.

We stayed here from 16- 20th April and had an amazing experience. The house was spacious, clean, warm, and cozy – it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved the convenience of having shops, takeaways, and a laundromat just across the road. The location was perfect, close to everywhere we needed to go while visiting Christchurch. The host was fantastic – very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This is our new favorite Chc spot ! close to Merivale Mall, quiet and private, comfortable and clean, all mod cons. Just loved the apartment!!

Apartment is bright and welcoming. Good location relatively close to city centre. Bus 60 (Wigram/Southshore) close by about every 30 mins so takes you into city centre. Garage is a large single - good size and height. We had a bit of difficulty getting in and out with a large car but small ones wouldn’t have a problem. Was very clean and warm. Had everything we needed. Can certainly recommend.

Booked this for my dad and husband attending an event nearby. They really enjoyed the space, it was great value and really centrally located. Host was very helpful and friendly throughout, appreciate the proactiveness in her messages on check in day. 10/10

Had a great time staying here, wonderful spot to be based when in sumner. Very comfortable and good facilities. No full kitchen but enough utilities to make a small snack in the morning. Thanks !

Our family of four stayed for two weeks. Home away from home. We were very comfortable staying at Dane’s Airbnb. Felt safe in gated complex. Carpark included. Friendly and respectful neighbours. Children played in common areas together. Great location for our needs. Food places within walking distance. Extremely responsive host. Clean and tidy unit. Would happily stay here again on our next visit to Christchuch. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot in a very tranquil setting. The suite was perfect; lots of room, private and it had everything we needed and more. Without a car I wasn’t sure how easy this place would be to access but it was a short walk (uphill) from the bus stop. Loved our stay and how friendly, accommodating and helpful Jen was.

overall a great stay. the flat was as expected, fully functional and good equipped. access to the beach was nice, especially to observe the early sunrise. it's outside of New Brighton, to shops and bars it would be a 6+km walk (a bit long). there is a bus stop in front of the house which brings you to New Brighton in 10-15 min and into the city (bus interchange) in 40-45 minutes. with a car you probably would be better off. but it was absolutely OK without. the host Robert is a very nice guy. we had some good chats.

Such a fun experience! We have stayed twice, once with a group or friends and once with our children and both times it was a hoot! Love being fully immersed in the 80's/retro interior design aspects and the thought taken to provide a fun getaway for all ages. The outdoor activities are designed to keep everyone occupied for hours. Great out of the box accomodation option!

This was one of our favourite stays on our ten day road trip around the South Island! We arrived and were immediately impressed with the thoughtfulness and lovely presentation of the place. It felt very private despite being right next to the main residence. It was warm, comfortable and very tidy. Unfortunately we had to leave early the next morning to get on the road so couldn’t make the most of the surrounding area but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The cottages here are great! I stayed for one night when my travel plans changed last minute and it was a great way to get a private room and good amenities for a great price. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great value. The shower and toilet area separated only by a curtain will be unsatisfactory for some but it was in the description so there were no surprises. Would book again.

Lovely home in a beautiful private setting. Great to be able to sit out on the porch relaxing reading a book and listening to the stream below. Amazing star gazing too!

Just a lovely peaceful AirB&B in a quiet neighborhood! So easy to find and unloading luggage and getting inside was simple. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and this was an extremely well stocked AirB&B that would be great for a multiple day stay (we were only here for 1 night however.). The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch with pods provided - the very first AirB&B we stayed in during our 2-weeks in NZ with one (us Americans are a bit of coffee snobs - haha! Thank you! Communication was great and definitely recommend this property for Christchurch!
