Quant, lock off one bedroom guest suite in beautiful neighborhood in Merced! -Separate entrance - Entire suite - 1 bed 1 bath with a living room, kitchen and a laundry room - Beautifully decorated - Clean and cozy The guest suite shares 2 common walls with the main house which are not soundproofed. You may hear the sounds from the main house, we have a sound machine in the bedroom to help block it, but not sure about the result. Please do not book this place if that bothers you. Thank you! :)

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Welcome to “Robertson Villa” our newly renovated Cottage that we are now offering for rent to our Airbnb friends. The Cottage has two bedrooms. They each have a queen bed, a 40” television with DirecTV and a desk with chair. The living room has two couches that make into two double beds and a 65” television with DirecTV & DVD player. The Cottage includes a full kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, tableware and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees.
