Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο εμπορικό κέντρο του Βόλου, στους πολυσύχναστους δρόμους με τις καφετέριες, τα μπαράκια και τα εστιατόρια και 5' με τα πόδια από την παραλία του Βόλου. This fully renovated appartment is located in Argalasti village across the monument of Kouvlos and the street market (every Saturday). Argalasti village is only 15-20 minutes drive to the popular beaches of the Aegean sea(Potistika, Melanie etc.) and only 10 minutes drive to the beaches of Pagasitikos gulf, like Chorto. This recently renovated appartment (y.2021) has two spacious bedrooms, a fully equiped open plan kitchen-living room, a bathroom and access to a private balcony.

"Estia" is a fully renovated, spacious 2nd floor apartment, located in the heart of the city of Volos, with the best view of the main square of St Nicholas. The apartment is located next to the pedestrian commercial Ermou Street, with many lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops. In just 5 min of walking, you can reach the water front, the promenade and the Harbor area. The apartment is situated at 5-7 min walking distance from a community parking.

Thea Summer House

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a lovely semi-basement with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea!

Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
