Daphne and Merv welcomed us on arrival and are very friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms were very nice; comfortable, clean and spacious. We stayed the night with friends and their baby so it was perfect having two separate rooms with a central lounge/dining area. The location on top of the hill is great, as it's not to far from the shopping center and restaurants but in a quiet and peaceful area with some nice birds. Being animal lovers, having Daphne's friendly Jack Russel Hunter, come and visit us was a treat. Highly recommend staying here if you need to spend a night or more in Kasane.

Our stay at Chobe House was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived to celebrate my 40th birthday, we were met with warm hospitality and attention to detail. The team went above and beyond, organizing a surprise setup with balloons, champagne, and cake after an amazing boat cruise. We were also treated to a stunning performance by local tribal dancers that left us in awe! The staff catered to our every need, ensuring a truly bespoke experience. Mornings on the patio were magical, enjoyed with coffee from the state-of-the-art machine. It’s clear that Bradley has created a personalized retreat that stands out from the mainstream. Special thanks to Twinkle for keeping the team energized. Chobe House is a gem—book it and you’ll thank me later! We’ll definitely be back!

Kathleen is a wonderful host, warm and interesting. The house feels like home, with birds singing in the morning and the smell of flowers. Even her dogs were a delight for my kids. She has been living in Botswana for a long time and her views and advices are invaluable. Worth staying there!

Sensationeller Aufenthalt. Kasane war Ausgangspunkt für unsere Self Drive Safari. Jay kann ein super Vorbereitungstraining dafür anbieten. Irene hilft außerdem bei der Buchung bei Aktivitäten, wie der River Cruise (können wir sehr empfehlen). Und das Abendessen war mit das beste auf unserer Botswana Reise. Fragt Irene einfach und ihr werdet verzaubert sein. Besser kann man in Kasane nicht essen.

Wow - what an incredible stay at Chobe House. The single best experience I’ve ever had through Airbnb. Twinkle and his team are stars, and our host Brad made every part of our stay a breeze. They went above and beyond, picking us up from the airport, helping us organise tours, recommending and booking us into restaurants - no ask was too much. The river cruise they organised for us was breathtaking - seeing elephants, giraffes, and hippos by the Chobe River was just so special. Coming from Australia, this was literally our first ever day in Africa and they also helped give us the lay of the land and so many amazing tips. We are forever grateful for helping us get our trip off to such an amazing start.

Kathleen’s Baobab cottage is charming, home from home. There is ample secure parking and the staff, Otilia, Victor and Ben were helpful and warm. I strongly recommend staying in this beautiful cottage in this expansive garden. Thank you Kathleen, we will be back. Regards Louise

Peaceful lodge in a wild animal thoroughfare, and safe due to the surrounding fence. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The comfortable beds and aircon provide a great night's sleep. I wouldn't say you could look out over the Zimbabwean plains and see animals, but you can hear them and you know they're there. Easy drive in to the game park or Kasane for supplies. Definitely worth a visit.
