L'appartamento di Angela è al piano terra di un bel palazzo con parco di ulivi appena fuori dalle mura di Assisi. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione, che consente di raggiungere il centro storico di Assisi a piedi, e la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nel parco della villa.

Don't doubt, just pick this appartment. literally everything is great about it. we felt at home away from home as never before. Super cozy, super clean, super host and super location!

Non posso fare altro che mettere 5 stelle su tutto. Posizione ottima, appartamento tranquillo con tutto l'essenziale, vicinissimo al centro storico e Marco veramente gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio a tutti per chi vorrebbe soggiornare qualche giorno a Perugia. Grazie

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Emplacement idéal, grand jardin, magnifique vue sur le oliviers pour le coucher de soleil. Très joli appartement, récemment rénové, fonctionnel et au calme. Rossano est extrement sympathique, nous a fourni de nombreuses explications sur les randonnées à proximité. Il produit également son propre vin et sa propre huile d'olive de très bonne qualité. L'appartamento di Antonello è comodissimo per visitare Perugia a piedi essendo a pochi passi dal centro storico della città. Da qui si possono visitare anche le altre zone in poco tempo in auto. Antonello è molto cordiale a professionale e ci siamo trovati a nostro agio nella sua casa. Essendo anche noi host a Venezia, abbiamo condiviso informazioni e problematiche legate nostro lavoro; i consigli sono sempre ben accetti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Marta’s Red Rose apartment offers stunning panoramic views that highlight the beauty of Tuscany. Every morning, we woke up to this enchanting landscape, and every evening, we wound down with it, making our two-week stay feel truly magical. The apartment is compact but efficiently designed, providing a comfortable and well-planned space. We had everything we needed throughout our stay. The farm, with its blend of rustic charm and modern touches, added to the overall experience and made for a pleasant environment.

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

È stata la nostra prima volta a Perugia e il soggiorno è andato benissimo. Paola è stata molto gentile e disponibile, accogliendoci come delle figlie. L’appartamento era esattamente come nelle foto e dotato di tutti i comfort. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole, leggermente distante dal caos del centro ma comodamente collegato grazie al minimetrò, la cui fermata si trova proprio accanto all'appartamento

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.
