The property consists of 12 acres of fields, woods, stone walls and gardens with the home situated privately looking over the lake shore. The apartment has a private entrance. We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

Millie's On Point

Millie sits on Lake Champlain and the Colchester Bog (one of the only natural bogs left in the northeast.) She is one of a few original Cottages left on Mills Point. Millie is 60 yrs old, no granite countertops or stainless steel appliances. She has amazing views of the lake, the Green Mountains, native flowers/birds/deer/foxes etc. in their natural habitat. Private beach & boat access for our guests use. For over 20 years our guests say she’s clean, cozy & adorably quirky.

Tots Cabin

A four-bedroom century old cabin that was completely rebuilt in 2011 with every modern convenience and 200mbps wifi; located in a private cove on Lake Champlain. The house has four bedrooms (2Q, 1F, 2T) and two bathrooms. The living room is open to the kitchen & has twin french doors open to our oversized screen porch with epic water views. The property has a private sandy beach with great deep water swimming - access in shallows is clay and silt bottom however.

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
