We were a group of 10 and spent Thanksgiving week with our kids and grandkids at Paul's place. The house was perfect with plenty of space, nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It was walkable to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The weather cooperated and we spent time walking, sitting and playing football on the beach. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. We appreciated the perfect place for our family to gather for Thanksgiving! Thanks Paul

We ran into an issue when we first booked, and Elizabeth went out of her way to make sure it was taken care of. Then, we were delayed in getting there because of Hurricane Helene and she again made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

We had the best time! The home was even better than described. We loved having the beach so close, with everything we needed (chairs, toys, kayaks, etc). The house was so comfortable and we enjoyed making several large meals in the stocked kitchen. So private and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

Place was a great location, next to the beach, almost on the boardwalk. We walked pretty much everywhere the entire weekend. Host communicated well with all directions and instructions for the property. Would definitely recommend. Ty Shelly!

AMAZING beach house in Ocean City, MD!! The absolute best location. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach as well as to the many restaurants, bars, and shops. Each floor has a deck so everyone is able to enjoy the ocean waves. Very cute beachy decor inside. This place was perfect for our large group of friends to enjoy the weekend together and get easy access to beach and fun. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay was great. The house is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The views are amazing. The house is very comfortable and so relaxing. Loved that three bedrooms each had a bathroom. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

Spectacular place! Four stars! This place is beautiful! It’s in a peaceful neighborhood with other beautiful homes and on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has impressive, high-end appliances, lots of porches to enjoy the view of the water, a huge kitchen with lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc. The entire house is very large! We loved the big closet of games. We fished everyday off the dock, enjoyed the small beach area, and made a fire most nights. The hot tub was a nice extra too. We listened to Taps being played every night at 7:45 pm from the local navy yard. Everything was very clean and modern. Absolutely beautiful place!!

Amazing experience! We asked to reserve the Airbnb with just hours to spare and David made it super easy and available! He was very responsive and even gave local recommendations of things to do! The place is really lovely and situated perfectly near Rehobeth Beach - literally walking distance. Just perfect!

Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

We had three families with five kids stay and the location was perfect! Having the pool next door was essential! The kids ran back and forth each afternoon! We had to drive to the beach but it only took us 10 minutes. layout was great. host was great. we will certainly be looking at this house again for future trips!

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

Lovely place to stay! My family and I had our Christmas here and it was the perfect space. It was comfortable, came well stocked, and had nice touches throughout the home.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

The home was easy to find and very clean. We loved the beachfront and peaceful surroundings. We've been to Gloucester before and it is a cute little place to explore and has what you need. I would definitely choose this airbnb again if in the area! Thank you for sharing!

Loved our stay! The house is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and yet secluded and peaceful. The house was perfect for our family. A little yard space for the dog and we enjoyed the hot tub. Bill was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to come back soon. Highly recommend!

Great stay! First the location was amazing: right on the bay with private beach access 1 house over, 10 minutes from grocery and convenience stores and great restaurants, 15-18 minutes from Bethany beach and boardwalk. Second the amenities at the house were perfect: so much communal space to relax, well stocked including kids toys/ play area, sand toys, bikes, kayaks, stroller, beach wagon, umbrella, beach blanket, everything we needed to entertain our toddler just steps to the sand and bay. Third, the house lay out was very accommodating for larger groups/ families. There were 2 primary suites (one on the upper level and one on the main level) both with large walk-in closets (with air vents) that had pack-and-plays set up in them. 2 smaller secondary bedrooms upstairs, but one also had a full kids bed in the walk-in that was decorated princess themed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had most meals at home. Such a perfect spot, we will be back next year.

Responsive and communicative via AirBnb app. Open to small changes we had to make. Beautiful house and wonderful neighborhood. Everything as described and reasonable price. Truly provided the BnB part of AirBnb with linens, cleaning/cooking supplies, and bathroom supplies. Very scenic. The pictures don't do it justice when it comes to the proximity of the dock. It is right outside the window of the master bedroom.

What an amazing place! The lot alone is an absolute gem - Fantastic views, private beach and fire pit made for an incredible experience. The house was stunning yet clean & simple with a fully stocked kitchen, modern décor and comfortable furnishings. We loved taking naps on the outdoor "bed-swing" and enjoying our meals on the 2nd story porch while taking in the sunset over the bay. Exactly the peaceful and restful environment the wife and I were seeking. The host, Kristy was helpful and very friendly. Thanks for a wonderful time and will for sure be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house over looking the bay! The views all around the property were absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was on a work trip with several coworkers, and the house was incredibly comfortable and spacious —it truly felt like home. The space was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after long workdays. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, our host was amazing—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and welcoming getaway. Thank you, for such a great experience!

The house was very nice, it was cleaned very well when we got there and there were plenty of amenities for everyone. The beach is accessible with maybe a two minute walk. The area is pretty, we saw horseshoe crabs and jellyfish at the beach, and the neighbors are friendly. The jellies can sting, but the kind of jellyfish here are painless enough that I initially thought I got bumped into by a floating stick, and the locals at the beach completely ignored the one in the water. The nearby restaurant/bar stays pretty busy, but it’s really nice as well.

We had the best time at Megan’s home. Everything was clean and Megan was very responsive. The house is beautiful and the view of the bay is breathtaking. It looks like a painting. Our favorite times on the trip were sitting on the back deck. It was the relaxing weekend we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back!
