While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Helt fantastisk sted og Elettra er klar med anbefalinger på alt og tilbød også at tage med på en af turene som hun talte om. Billigt og virkelig fantastisk sted oppe på et lille bjerg. Man skal køre til alt dog og man skal ikke komme i en stor SUV for vejene er små. Vores Volvo XC90 måtte bakke og vige en del gange.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you Barbara!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Chiara has a beautiful establishment and is a super host. She was welcoming, provided us with useful information, gave us clear and concise information when we required assistance. I would recommend her establishment and will definitely stay there again if ever I am in Florence again.
