Jennelle’s place is a true gem! Beautifully decorated, super clean, cozy linens, and comfy beds and couch. Felt like I was staying at a friend’s home. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of extra personal touches. Excellent communication and helpful recommendations. Walking distance to downtown and Chico State. Will definitely stay here again!

Bri and Daniel's place was a perfect location for the type of girl's weekend we wanted. We loved the high ceilings and huge upstairs room. There were so many spots for gathering and chatting in the kitchen area. All the rooms were cute, clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated extra linens and extra sleeping spaces (like the futon in the loft), for those that prefer their own space. Note that the "Neverland" play room is attached to the large family room upstairs, and that the bathroom/shower in that room is open ceiling. All of my guests absolutely adored the space and no one wanted to leave. I especially appreciated Bri's extra communication in regards to the activities we wanted to do. We all agreed that the location being right next to Bidwell Park made it the perfect spot. It made it easy for us to enjoy a long group bike ride, and also for individuals to enjoy a walk or run whenever they felt like it. Thank you Bri & Daniel for an unforgettable weekend.

Sarah was a thoughtful host and her guesthouse was an excellent place to spend a week in Chico. The location was conveniently located near 99 and 32 for driving to the rivers and mountains, but also walkable to the nearby parks and greenspace. The guesthouse was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, even including some eggs from the backyard chickens! Sarah provided a list of local favorite restaurants as well as very easy to reference instructions and labels around the guesthouse. Overall, Sarah was proactive, easy to reach, and a great host.

What a cute little place in a great location around lots of local stores and quick food choices. Was visiting Chico for a wedding and me and my extended family all stayed together. The house had plenty of space and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Doggies loved it too!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The place was pristine-spotlessly clean, and so beautifully maintained, it felt just like home(maybe even better!). Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it had every amenity you could possibly need. You can really tell the host takes pride in offering a top-tier experience. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a cleaner or more comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place. Chelsea is a super amazing host. Her place is beautiful and she put so much thought into the little details of things we would need for our stay. It was a spotless, cute, modern, cosy place for our trip to Chico. We stayed for one night with our 2 dogs, which has an enclosed back yard, also she had a cute little basket of dog supplies & doggie bed. We will definitely be staying again when we come to visit our son in Chico. Thanks so much Chelsea.

Great little place for a quick visit to Chico. The spa was fantastic to use at the end of the day. The location of property was quiet, clean and peaceful. It was great being visited several time by Guinness the lab, however had we not went seeking him out I wouldn’t have even noticed him on the property. Overall a great little spot to stay for. Quick visit.

We had a wonderful time. The backyard was extremely tranquil, and there was plenty of room. It also came stocked with normal amenities (others haven't) like salt/pepper/cooking oil so that we can stay in and cook together as opposed to always going out. It was a relaxing environment and will be our go to place anytime I am visiting my family in Chico!

Nice townhome and very conveniently located. Adams and his support staff are very quick to respond to any questions.
