We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

We had a fantastic stay at Leanne’s. The house is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy and cosy too. We had breakfast in the sun in her beautiful peaceful garden. There is a folder full of recommendations for the area and beyond. Location was great with a bus stop less than 5 mins walk away. Thank you so much!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

Fantastic flat in the heart of Lymington, car space very close and easy to find - walking distance to everything. Cosy and stylish, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and fresh water by the beds - a lovely touch. We will stay again and would highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable weekend in Lymington.

Auf der Reise durch Südengland mit meiner Großmutter und meiner Schwester hatten wir das Glück, dieses Goldstück zu finden. Die Unterkunft hat schon beim Öffnen der Tür einen behaglichen Eindruck gemacht und die hausgemachten Brownies zur Begrüßung waren sehr lecker. Nachdem wir uns die Wohnung angeschaut hatten, waren wir uns einig, dass wir am liebsten länger als unsere zwei gebuchten Nächte hier verbringen wollen würden - leider hatten wir natürlich keine Chance, der Kalender war noch uns bereits wieder ausgebucht. Der große Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich lädt dazu ein, sich dort gerne aufzuhalten. Die Sofas sind bequem, der Esstisch war schön groß und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den dazugehörigen Badezimmern sind sehr schön, haben viel Platz und ließen für uns keine Wünsche offen. Meine Großmutter hat die Möglichkeit genutzt zu baden und war begeistert. Und wir Enkeltöchter waren auch begeistert - von dem starken Strahl der Dusche! Vielen Dank!

This was an excellent find. We managed to coincide our stay with some fabulous weather too. The apartment is really well laid out and had all the space and amenities we needed. The balcony is a great place to spend many an hour and the panoramic view of the sea to Brighton to Worthing is stunning. We want to return!

We had a great stay. We were 3 generations and we all enjoyed our stay. Views of the sea is a real treat and the quiet sea position on the beach that is also close to convenient stores within a few minutes walk is perfect. Highly recommend and will be back.

We loved our stay at Jackie’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding too. Within walking distance of Hamble Quay and lots of great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Amazing stay at this clean, well-maintained apartment with breathtaking sea views in Bognor Regis. The host was very thoughtful and responsive, and waking up to the sound of waves was magical. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. A very comfortable stay after a warm welcome. Everything was beautifully clean and the bed was a pleasure to sleep in. We loved the privacy and quiet.

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!
